Given the price, they should provide coffee capsules (these are only available for purchase in the reception). The kitchen is incredibly small and there is no oven, which is a bit limiting.

Stairs and breakfasts - see above. The shape of the room and the very small bathroom. Also only a dining chair to sit on.

Staff were excellent. Room was cramped with a difficult spiral staircase to reach it - both my husband and I are in our late 70s. The breakfast room was clearly being renovated and breakfast was delivered to our room door - more stairs. Also the breakfast was poor in comparison with other Adagio properties we have stayed at. The hotel was well situated for the lake, train and bus stations

The apartment was shared between 5 of us before a skiing holiday and was comfortable, clean and very conveniently situated for going out and about in Geneva city. Would definitely stay there again for a short stopover in Geneva.

It's becoming dated and needs an update - new carpets, fresh paint etc. 2 single beds used as a double (not the only place in Europe we've stayed at with this set-up) is not the best as you end up with a deeper gap in the middle of the bed.

I had some problems with the shower, being really unpredictable. The air con in the room didn’t work so we were roasting. There were no tea and coffee in the room but a kettle.

I loved the location, great value for money. The staff were amazing, and recommended places for us to go.

The location is perfect, just 1 min away from the Geneva lake, has the bus stop right infront of it and 5 mins walk to the train station. Also the staff is very kind and friendly. We stayed for 3 days 2 nights and they gave a small chocolate box and a card for my birthday as well. It was quite nice of them. The view from the room was beautiful as well.

The location is great - a few steps towards Lake Geneva and, in the other direction, easy access to shops and the train station. The room was quiet and comfortable. The staff were lovely and greatly appreciated their help.

Aparthotel Adagio is perfectly located close to the airport and train station but also within walking distance to Pont du Mont Blanc and the Geneva Old Town.

I did not like that my room had very narrow stairs and I had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. The room they gave had 2 floors. The first floor had a tiny space to get up (like 1.5 sq,m) and very narrow circular stairs taking me up to my room. Good to check in advance the exact type of room you book to avoid such unpleasant surprises.

Well equipped studio apartment a five minute walk from the lake. Easy access to transport. Kitchen very well equipped and we cooked three evening meals. Staff were lovely and it was so convenient to leave our bags post check out on the final day. We had a room at the back of the property on top floor level six and it was nice and quiet.
