    More house rules than a Franciscan convent

    There was an avalanche of instructions and house rules and hidden in small print (and in German) some reference to a safe box and a code to collect the keys. We just assumed there would be a box at the apartment building, but we had to climb down (and back up the hill) to collect the keys at the agency. Two rolls of toilet paper for 4 people and 3 nights seems too little. The main room could use some more heating.

    Great view of the Matterhorn from every room and the balcony. Bus shuttle to the ski lifts just 50 meters away. Collecting and returning the keys was far from convenient. As for house rules, that was really homework to do. The kitchen light needs to be changed, it takes forever to switch on. Garbage policy is a nuisance: you cannot provide only one orange bag and expect guests to spend their valuable ski time shopping for additional trash bags and trying to understand where to dispose of PET bottles in town (that was certainly missing in the ton of house rules and instructions, as was the fact that there is an intercom button at the apartment entrance).
