One person was using a phone (with camera) facing to me (when I was swimming) even asked this person not to do so. The staff was nice, but unable to stop the person to use the phone in the swimming pool-using phone or camera is against the rule of your swimming pool facility as the sign was there. I recommend to have a big sign of “no camera no cell phone” in the swimming pool facility-could at the front wall when entering the facility.

The bathroom door was clear glass, with etched stripes for privacy. But you can still see through the unetched parts and, as it’s opposite the mirror wardrobe, you can be in bed and looking into the bathroom. I would definitely stay there again as it’s a great hotel, but I’d take something to hang over the bathroom door so it is more private.

I HATED the pillows. Thin and hopeless with no support. I get that some people like them - but surely it would be possible to have a selection in a room with at least one slightly firmer one. There were four in total - make two different! Reception is beyond dull

The pillows were horrible! It’s like sleeping without pillows! We had 2 pillows each but felt like there’s nothing in them, which wasn’t pleasant at all! And the curry was a disappointment - tasteless. We had an early flight and we arrived 3hrs before checkin but couldn’t get an early checkin except if we pay another 50% extra for that same room, which is a shame as most hotels allow free early checkin if it’s 2-3hrs beforehand.

The location was ideal as it’s next to the airport, with free regular shuttle, and also walking distance to the arena as I was going for a show. Bus stops about 5 mins walk from the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty and varied. Staffs were very friendly and professional. Special shoutout to the lady that checked us in (sorry I didn’t ask her name), she was super nice and friendly and made us feel immediately at ease. Always nice to have access to a heated pool.

We gave them a credit card at check in and at 9pm we got an angry call from the front desk demanding that we come down and give them another credit card immediately. I've never been summoned like that to a hotel front desk at that time of night and the way it was done was very rude. Not what you're hoping for when you're settling in before a very early international flight the next morning. There was also quite a bit of door slamming and what sounded like someone dribbling a basketball in the room above us but we sure weren't going to contact the front desk.

Room was fine and clean, restaurant food was good, airport is close and shuttles worked just fine.

Facilities in both rooms were excellent. The views from each room were great. So close to our final destination , it was a pleasure to stay here. We would use this hotel again.

We arrived mid morning and the receptionist wanted to charge us CHF170 to check in early when clearly a room was available. He also didn’t inform us about the travel pass.
