Rather noisy due to street location. Breakfast was not that great for $20 should have been included in the price.

There was one staff that wasn't friendly. But most of them were nice and helpful most especially the first receptionist who was from Portugal. She was really helpful!

A little bit annoying for car sound all night, maybe it is close to train and bus station.

Location is good, close to Zurich train station, just 700 m. away. The room was clean and nice decoration ralated to chocolate stories.

We had to ask for pillows, none were present in room. Staff brought two right up, but I am an extra pillow kind of guy. I missed that. Bed acceptable, but older. High in the middle and low on edges from people sitting. Makes me roll to the outside while sleeping. We had a shower/tub - which for a big, handicapped guy was a challenge to enter/exit. Some grab bars would have really helped. The entry steps are a real challenge with luggage; how about a ramp to one side? Lastly, for all the touting of the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was never running on any day we were there. Just sadly sitting there filled with some suspect looking chocolate concoction.

Excellent location, we walked everywhere and had almost no issues. A number of nice restaurants are immediately nearby. Worked out great being located so close to the train station. The friendly and helpful staff were charming. A working lift is always a plus.

It was small hotel without glamour.

Location. The trams Centrale were a very short walking distance from hotel. There were many restaurants located close by.

Just a few little tweaks like 2nd pillow on the beds, an ice machine in lobby and better aircon. Room got very hot at night.

One of the other rooms we booked was a bit smaller than expected, but that is also fine. We made do with it and we still enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Although like typical European hotels, they didn't have the best AC system. So Crack a window open to let cool air in and you should be good.

The staff were so friendly! We also enjoyed the free chocolate fondue downstairs. The area is super accessible to everything you'd need. Restaurants and grocery stores are all within walking distance as well.

Great hotel in the best area of Zurich. Close to all the attractions, restaurants and the water. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel itself was very nicely designed and the rooms are clean, bright and stylish. Would certainly recommend.

Hotel room was very warm for us. We requested to be moved to another room hoping for improvement but it was still the same. The front desk employee gave us two electric fans to use, which was a bit of a relief. Breakfast was too costly for what was offered. Better off eating out.

Location was great! Restaurants were just a few steps away. Central train station was walking distance.

There was blood stain on the underside of the toilet seat. It made me wonder if the toilet had been cleaned at all.

There was a sliding door attached to the shower which prevented getting the bathroom’s floor wet.

The air conditioning was apparently broken (and so were ‘half the hotel’s) - there was no warning or offer of a room that it was working. During a heatwave so this made it very hot at night but I was grateful for the pedestal fan.

Location was excellent, very generously sized room with all the amenities for a short or long stay. Loved the decor.
