It seems in the restaurant they put less effort when there are fewer people staying vs when the hotel is full because of an event. There were many dishes from the menu not available (tataki, duck, some desserts). On the day of arrival the dish we ordered was Plateada al vino con pastelera choclo, after 20 minutes of waiting they tell us the pastelera is rotten and that we should choose another side, so we chosed potatoes. When the dish arrived, the meat wasn't plateada al vino, but regular meat with veggies. The waiter was friendyl but didn't give any explanation. I found it very disrespectful that they served me a totally different dish than the one I ordered and payed for. We didn't eat even half of it. In the following days the experience at the restaurant improved, but we preferred to go out to eat on several occasions to avoid bad times. The restaurant is only recommended for basic dishes such as sandwiches or pizzas, but for the rest of the menu either it is not available or it is a disappointment

The spa was excellent. Room was very comfty, the only detail was that the sheets had staints. Breakfast was nice. The nature that surrounds the hotel makes it a very special place that allows you to rest deeply.

the painting of the room bathtub was damaged, but it was the only improvement opportunity that I noticed.

I can mention two aspects that I found remarkable about the hotel. 1. The external area is beautiful, full of nature, and 2. The breakfast was great and delicious, definitely, I'll come back

Claims to be a 4 star hotel but feels more like a 3 star. Rooms are old and need a refresh. One of our rooms had mould on the walls and they had to change to a different room. Check in and check out took a very long time and the process for payment was very confusing. - the hotel does not take any form of debit card for payment. - the hotel give you a bill in USD even though all hotel prices are in CLP - they use a terrible exchange rate for CLP/USD resulting in a roughly 5% commission in the hotel's favour!! They made over $300 just in exchange fees across our 3 rooms - outrageous. Manager didn't care when I complained even though I know he can get a much better exchange rate than he charged us down the road in Reñaca (at a place the hotel recommended!) We stayed for 6 days and every time we entered with the car we were asked what we were doing there. It would have been nice for the staff to remember our car licence plate and not ask every time. Hotel was very expensive for the condition it was in. $200 per night felt like poor value. For $120-150 per night this would be decent value. Other: - we only got a soap bar in our room on the first day and this was never replaced. - curtains in our room didnt stop light coming in and we had to use our suitcases to block the curtains against the wall. - coffee at breakfast is bad filter coffee. Please offer a proper coffee machine if you are a 4 star hotel!

There is a beach bar 150 yards away with blasting, booming music until 4 and 5 am. No way you can sleep, even with ear buds.

Staff were friendly and very helpful. The view from the room is amazingly beautiful. Bed and linens superb.
