This hotel is beautiful!! The location is perfect with gorgeous beaches and it’s on the right side of the island for abit of wind shelter and gorgeous sunsets. The staff were unbelievably accommodating and friendly there wasn’t anything that was too much to ask. The food was excellent with a daily rotation so you never got bored, with beautiful fish and traditional dishes on offer but if you are fussy with your food you could request certain things before your time slot and they were always happy to help. We did an amazing boat trip that we booked through some guys on the beach who were also extremely friendly but didn’t pester. We really can’t fault this hotel it was the perfect 10 days away.

We have no faults with the hotel at all! Only thing to note is the sand flies and mosquitoes are out in full force which is to be expected with that climate! So make sure you bring plenty of bug spray and bite relief cream but again no fault of the hotel just something to bare in mind

Great staff, amazing food and excellent butlers. Rude and hostile staff member at check out but only one and not the experience of the entire stay. I’d recommend the hotel without hesitation and would return again. Only observation is that reviews that mentioned how expensive the hotel food was are accurate, far more so than elsewhere. If you don’t mind that and you prefer a la carte to all inclusive as we do then this is a great place to stay. Prickly pear island made the stay too to be honest, it’s like paradise.

The one experience at check out. I’d asked for and to my understanding paid for a late check out but the admin hadn’t been managed correctly so an a Ruby staff member that interrupted the very nice lady looking in to the query continually interrupted the conversation almost implying it was my error which it wasn’t. Not the experience you want at check out when you’ve had an amazing trip. Only other thing would be in terms of frequency of cleaning, that seemed to be missed and I had to call frequently to ask for room service plates to be removed as an example- if you’re staying in one of the most expensive accommodations you’d expect more proactivity in this regard.

Location, on the beach, comfort of the room, very clean and spacious, good distance to good eats and grocery. Had a early morning flight and reached in before lunch time and the room was ready and given to us at no extra charge which was definitely needed, front desk was very accommodating.

Upon check out there was a charge of over $100usd to my room which I did not consume anything from the bar or restaurant area. The front desk agent said she could not check back the system to see if we actually used any service and stated to write on the receipt that I didn't consume anything and sign. The swimming pool was very dirty (could not use the pool)

Big spacious room, with everything you need. Facilities to cook meals if needs be, but also nice food available on site or there was a couple of places near by to eat. Staff were amazing, made you feel like you were at home, would definitely stay here again if I return to Antigua.

There was nothing that we did not like, but the overall appeal would be improved by the addition of a pool, since the property is not next to the beach. There is a lovely, secluded beach nearby, which could be easily accessed by guests if they were told how to get there, either on foot ( half an hour each way) or by a hotel shuttle.
