Always a pleasure to stay here. The rooms are cosy and have all ammenities needed. It is also only a short walk to the town and has interesting sights along the way. Would highly recommended it

Location excellent for Southbank activities. Rooms roomy and comfortable although bathrooms are very small.

Breakfast very ordinary but rooms comfortable and the restaurant only open in the evenings 4 days a week which was disappointing. No bar within the hotel for guests to use later in the evening. The bar on the street is extremely bleak and unwelcoming.

The fan in the bathroom needs upgrading, as does the furniture. Free to air channels did not work. Mold on ceiling.

We booked a 3-bedroom villa and were placed in the one that was surrounded by permanent cabins. The other 3-bedroon villas right at the back of the park that were by the lake were unoccupied the night we stayed there. I think placing people in those villas first should definitely be the priority.

Duvet was dirty, had traces of dried blood and the spa pool had a used condom floating inside which was discovered after the spa pool bubbles went off. Our family with young children were in the spa for a while and we were horrified!
