ideally located for amenities, our room was large, clean and the bed was fantastic, the breakfast had a vast selection to suit all tastes. It was our first time in a Leonardo Hotel, ( it was Jurys Inn when booked) it won't be our last. The staff were welcoming and only keen to help

The little "village" was such a lovely place to be in the middle of historic woods and super quiet. The apartment was well equipped and cosy. We were greeted and cared for personally which was really great and very unusual these days.

Our accommodation was a bit dark - it was hard to read in the living room area in the evening - more lamps? Not very many electric sockets either for extra lights, phone charging etc.

Fantastic welcome pack, very clean, great location, brilliant showers and the best equipted property we have ever stayed in. I don't think the hosts could ever improve anything.

Staff were friendly and hotel is in a nice area. Nice communal areas which were clean.

We had a standard double room on the third floor which was very small and had definitely seen better days. Breakfast was only from 8-9.15 which meant the demand for hot water at around 7.30 was high so our shower just dripped rather than sprayed. We did report this but obviously there was nothing that can resolve this. The window was on a restrainer so could not be opened very far and despite turning the thermostat on the radiator to zero it was still hot to the touch so the room was very warm at night.
