Positive section of review
Very nice location and the hotel area. Hotel has a terrace and garden with a lovely view on Meteory where you can enjoy breakfast or simply hang out with friends or read a book. Breakfast was really nice with some local food. Rooms are „old-fashioned” as the whole hotel but clean and comfortable. Our room had a balcony with a partial view on meteory (which was written in a room description on booking) which was also nice. The staff was very friendly.

Artistic Spacious Studio Apartment next to metro Monastiraki

The location is outstanding. So close to the metro and walkable to every place we wanted to visit. The bed was so super comfy and automatic roll-down blackout shades!!! At night, it was also very quiet where the apartment was located but still with many restaurants nearby but you can't hear street noise.

It was a bit strange to not flush any toilet paper so we had to empty the bathroom garbage daily because... umm... yah... Also, there is a business on a lower floor, so it's not really possible to sleep in as they are a bit noisy in the mornings and you can hear people in the halls and down the stairs opening up their business.

The gym was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my fitness routine during my stay. The restaurant offered delicious meals, and the lounge bar provided a cozy spot to unwind in the evenings. Overall, was a great stay I will repeat it.

Very clean apartment. With wifi and all equipment kitchen hair dryer towels. Nice host we didnt see him once but we texted on messeges from booking he explained everything well.

The apartment is in the basemnet. Practicly you got no window becouse there are only 3 and two of them are very small and they open on dark narrow space between two neighbour buildings and the third one big one is on the street on the level of pavement and you are in quite nasty and unsafe neighbourhood with junkies on the street so its unopenable but there is antibreaking cover for this window so you fell safe you just cant open the window. Also front doors are massive so i think its very safe in apartament but outside can be dangerous for women alone. There is also very strane mechanism of turning on hot water you have to swich on one button in the wall aproximetly 10 minutes before you want get hot water and you have to turn it off after using. So you cant just rush into your bath after city you have to wait some time. But i think for this price it excellent apartment and host is very good.

The cleanliness, and the spacious rooms, we had 2 restrooms and everything was spotless. The apartment was easy to find and it was about 25 minutes walk from the Acropolis

It was an issue with the hot water, at some point the water in the shower was cold but in the morning it was hot again so I guess that was fine. I think it has something to do with the greek heating system, I had the same issue in Salonic as well.
