Positive section of review
The room and bed were comfortable and large, and the staff was super friendly. I had several requests during my stay there and they helped me fulfil it all, starting from the power adapter that I needed for my laptop to requests for laundry detergent and dishwashing liquid and an umbrella. Room service came by every day too but yet they had a sustainable option where we could pick to skip room service or skip certain parts of room service like changing linens that weren't in need of change yet. They also recycle bottles and cans, which is nice.

The room was not fully clean, with a couple of little flies and such in the washroom that I had to defeat in order to use it. Though there was an annual general pest control cleaning thing announced for the day that I left. I also didn't like having to request dishwashing liquid and laundry detergent from the front desk to begin with, that sort of thing should be automatic. The drying rack in the kitchen smelled very musty and I really could have a larger single bowl as well. There was nowhere to hang clothing (no drying rack) but I eventually figured out how to use the dryer machine. It took a while though since it takes forever to complete a cycle. That trek up the hill from the road to the hotel was difficult to walk with a large suitcase.

Perfect location, the metro is just in front of the building, you can also walk to many places. You have restaurants, supermarkets close to you, very easy and useful. The people were very nice. The Price was very good for HongKong and we had everything we needed in the room. I would recommend :)

I love this hotel so much and have had recommended to all my friends and family after my stay. The rooms are so clen, and the location is very nice. The staffs are so friendly. The price are nice, so arw the hotel facilities. Best hotel experience ever in HK!!

The room clean and have air purifier, have a water 24 hours ready to drink, have a shuttle bus to the mall, location is little bit far from the city but it was fine, very easy to have taksi in front of hotel and near the MTR station and bus station..

Receptionist can't speak english, she actually speaks english but very hard to understand because she has chinese accent.. Please for the receptionist or in front of desk put someone who can speak english fluently. Its really takes time for me to understand it when the receptionist tried to explained something..
