We opted for a room with bay view and it was indeed breathtaking. The room was also big, clean and comfortable and had enough storage space. There is a convenieve store nearby, as well as a shopping mall and some cafés.

The area is wonderful, but the metro line nearby is not the best connected - it takes you around 30-40 minutes to make it to the a more central point in Tokyo, and from there to other touristic points another 30-40 minutes (so up to 1 hour). The staff seemed rather tense and the bar staff were even a bit rude (microaggressive). Plus it took them an unreasonable long time to bring us a couple of drinks. We tried the breakfast one morning and it was disappointing for the price (4000jpy per person), so wouldn’t recommend it. Overall we felt that the hotel was too expensive for what it offers, although we had a pleasant stay.

Great location to train station, comfortable room with large bed. Staff shows you your room and facilities in person.

Very thin walls, lots of noise coming through of people (slamming doors etc). When I booked, it was not completely clear the bathroom was shared (I was in a private room).

The hotel is situated near the metro, and in the center of all the places we visited. The bed was comfortable.
