Positive section of review
It was a traditional japanese style. The food was fantastic, facilities were excellent. We felt very welcoming. They work like Ninjas. We go for dinner and your living area becomes your bedroom. I rely recommended. Not saying the views for the mountain Fuji. We had a amazing time.

The location was great. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We only had coffee there which was good. We will stay there again when we come back to Kyoto. If we have anyone we know going to Kyoto we will recommend them to stay there.

The only thing we didnt like was the beds. We both got a sore back from the mattresses.

The location is very convenient, everything we wanted to see was accessible by walking. The staff was always friendly and we could leave our luggage there after check out, so that was nice too.

The beds were a little hard (and small if you're sharing a double), but for the price we paid it was absolutely fair.

The location is perfect, in the middle of Shinjuku. It was rainning when I was there and there were umbrellas in each room.

The room was so small. I cant even unpack my luggage properly. The parking fee was super expensive.

The bathroom was a little cramped and not immaculately clean and generally the room was quite bland and small (but that size is expected in most Tokyo hotels!)
