Positive section of review
I loved the traditional sleeping mats we had, they worked wonders for my back. I also poved that evrything was clean as clean can be, we got clean towels every single day. I didn't gat that in hotels! The owner is super friendly and she gave us lots of information about travelling and in general. We also had access to filtrated water all the time and breakfast options in the morning.

I loved everything. There is one small piece of advice I would give to people who stay here and that is to ask what and how to recycle. As it is necessary, more like obligatory, which is perfect, but it can differ from country to country. So we had a bit of trouble separating the types.

Good kitchen facilities. Fridge available. Basic breakfast - toast, spreads and juice. Good location right next to bus terminal and airport. Drinking water facilities. Free umbrella use during the rain whilst I was visiting (so helpful!). Bus timetable information. Staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating.

Had an issue whilst staying (nothing to do with the hostel). Contacted the staff who helped immediately to resolve my issue. So accommodating and quick acting. Was so appreciative. Would spring for the better rooms. The cheaper room's top bunk didn't have any shelf to store any belongings (eg phone etc) when sleeping and charging stations didn't always work with my adaptor which have worked fine elsewhere in Korea. Other room was much nicer.

Excellent location, just above a subway station, and very clean, spacious room. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby, including a park on old rails.

Construction work was happening overnight (until end of June 2024, I believe), and quite noisy. The hotel provided a print out in the room to inform us, but it would have been nice to have been provided with some ear plugs, as it was really quite noisy, especially as we were on a lower floor.

I didn't like the cleanliness. The girls' bathroom was a disaster, simply put. The hair was everywhere, the water was everywhere, often we didn't have toilet paper, there were a couple of pieces of clothing on the window sill for 3 days, so I cannot believe the staff didn't take it away. Overall, I hope it was a one time thing and that they make it better.

It did not meet my expectations of a four star hotel. It felt more like a dorm…there were alot of students on their school trip staying there at the same time as us and they kept banging the doors while going out of their rooms. Asked for a towel at around 9pm, and the answer was housekeeping is closed. What four star hotel closes housekeeping????
