We really liked that the communication is very smooth and clear - instructions to reach the room from the airport and also towards the airport is very thorough, including photos and schedule of the free shuttle bus. The location is also very close to the bus stop making it very convenient when you have suitcases. There were also a lot of options in the neighbourhood to grab dinner - there's an Indian restaurant and a convenient store that is accessible from the lobby of the building.

For some reasons, the central air-con didn't work but a second mobile air-condition is available to use so it was eventually not a problem. The shower and toilet area is a bit small and not separate so it's a little inconvenient for 2 people to use it at the same time (ie. one taking shower and one using the toilet).

Excellent experience with the staff! I accidentally left an item in my room, they went above and beyond to assist me and was willing to either mail it to me or keep it safe until I could retrieve it. Their customer service was exceptional, and they were incredibly polite throughout the entire interaction, especially the Mandarin-speaking staff. This place offers great value for money, and location is quite convenient, provide all the essential facilities you might need.

The room i stayed at was quite old, had a persistent damp, moldy smell, which was a downside to an otherwise pleasant stay.

The location was amazing, the staff were super friendly and very helpful. One of the front desk employees that worked the morning shift went the extra mile and beyond for us. One of the cleaning ladies, Young Chu (sorry for butchering the spelling), was SO cute and friendly. She didn’t speak a word of English, but still talked to us as people she knew

While perfectly centrally located, Myeongdong is a bit too rowdy for our liking it turns out. Nothing to blame the hotel for though! And again, we did have a very good night’s sleep.

It did not meet my expectations of a four star hotel. It felt more like a dorm…there were alot of students on their school trip staying there at the same time as us and they kept banging the doors while going out of their rooms. Asked for a towel at around 9pm, and the answer was housekeeping is closed. What four star hotel closes housekeeping????
