The location right next to the dunes is perfect. Guests can walk straight into the dunes from the hotel. The pool area is lovely and the breakfast was the best we had in Morocco. Staff are very helpful and organise camel tours at sunset

Staff super kind, the boy who welcomed us took care of us and explained everything we needed to know. The lady prepared very nice breakfast and was super gentle. The structure is very nice. Super quality/price

Nothing to complain, really, just few things yo be noticed but not a problem for us: The room was beautiful but a bit messy and small. The bathroom just a bit claustrophobic. The locks to be open seem hard but the good boy explained how to use the keys properly. The entrance is super hidden in a small alley, always follow the staff instructions

Super kind staff, really helpful. Very nice terrace with view. Lovely breakfast, and very nice room also. Location is in a very calm area

Nothing to complain, really, just few things to be noticed: The bathroom may be a bit renewed. The door of the bathroom is very nice, but it has a "tricky" enfrance, people more than 1.70 tall always risk to hit with head.

Pretty sure there had been a cat in my room, that’s sprayed. Strong smell of cat around the bed. This was quite off putting and made me question the cleaning. All the drains are blocked, this is probably due to it being an old building- however its not pleasant to stand in dirty water in the shower, or have a half filled sink cause you washed your hands. The shower is not great. Old shower head. Maybe considered ’authentic’ but i stayed in other places in the Medina and the showers were fine.
