The breakfast was an amazingly tasty authentic Moroccan breakfast! The tea, crepes, bread, spreads, fruit, coffee and juice were so fresh and tasty! I really loved the hospitality and the attention to detail. They offered a great experience of Camel Riding & set everything up. The whole stay was a seamless experience & I appreciated the hospitality to me and my family. Simo & Ali went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great: greeting my family with mint tea & sweets on the rooftop & even after missing my flight they still were able to accommodate me & my family with another stay plus car service. This was my first time in Marrakech & I am sure to return and stay here, where they make you feel at home!

We had a great time at Riad Berenssi. Sobha and her team were extra kind and helpful. The Riad is so lovely, calm and cosy. Confortable beds! The pool is refreshing and lovely to come home to! The area is perfect, off the touristy tracks. We recommend this place!

Best place to stay in Marrakesh if you would like to experience the autentic moroccan culture and way of living in the hearr of the medina! Everything was clean, beautiful and all the staff was lovely and respectful Thank you all! Will return one day soon! :)

The property is beautiful and the location is perfect in the part of the old town. The staff especially Abby and abdel were super kind and helpful. Breakfast was fabulous and the building is super clean however a bit steep the steps

Some brighter light options would’ve been helpful, and maybe more sign posting around the actual Medina to the building (as in some areas you can lose signal but easy to find via Google Maps)

Car access to the Riad is very limited as the hotel is in the Medina - it requires a 7 to 10 min walk from the taxi area to the Riad.
