Excellent riad close to the dunes; People at the hotel exceeded my expectations and were very helpfull; they organized a two hours tour to the dunes to see the sunset in the evening we arrived.Everything run perfect. The dinner was excellent. We recommend this riad if you travel to Merzouga

The staff were excellent, very nice friendly and fun, room was very nice and clean, and peaceful. And when my taxi came to pick me up in the middle of night the manager went with me to the meeting place a short walk away, that meant a lot to me

The location was hard to find and felt a little sketchy, it was a little outside of the tourist areas, which might appeal to some. This is real Marrakech

We booked a private tent in this beautiful camp, very clean tent, the dinner was great. We did 4×4 to the camp and 45 minutes camel riding , It was great experience. I recommend.

The kitchen staff were unhelpful and dangerously uneducated about food allergies. I booked vegan food and confirmed with reception after checking in, but there were no labels or allergy ingredients listed on any of the food at breakfast. Staff didn't want to help me, eventually one of the chefs said he'll show me what I can eat and he kept showing me meals that 100% had eggs and dairy in them, which he also later admitted... Disaster. I could have gotten seriously sick.
