Beachfront Villa in a beautiful and secured complex

Gerry met us on arrival, gave us a tour of the complex and pointed out local amenities. We had plenty of dialogue leading up to our arrival and the host was very responsive, we did have questions as it was our first visit to Mauritius. When we come again we will definitely look to book this villa again. Thank you Villa Maurice for an unforgettable stay! Well maintained complex. The location is fabulous, plenty to do near the complex and the facilities in the accommodation were excellent. Large rooms and very quiet The pools were a lovely bonus for the children.

We visited many countries Florida, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Maldives, Morocco....everywhere we stayed in private apartments or houses. Roshan's house is definitely the best value for money. The house is comfortable, in a quiet part of the resort, equipped with everything needed even for a longer stay. The owner is very nice, ready to help with anything. A private pool and a drinking water fountain inside the house are great. It takes 7-10 minutes to go to the beach and the supermarket. We can only recommend this accommodation!

We loved the location. Property nicely hidden away and private but within very close proximity to the beach and a good restaurant (Bloom). Parking onsite. Good security. Very pretty, well maintained gardens and pool. Great room cleaning service included daily. Nice welcome supplies in the fridge. Although we didn’t use it, useful honestly drinks. Friendly, helpful staff. (Joanna)

One of the most memorable stays in Mauritius yet. The fact that you can take a boat Ile Aux Serfs for when you stay there was really awesome we didn't know about it and was told this at the resort what a bonus. Also there is a 25% discount at the restaurant.

We loved our stay at Ma Vie La. The location was brilliant near Le Morne beach and the views from our apartment 5 were amazing! The room was clean and functional and the staff was very polite and kind. We would definiftely stay here again!

The restaurant was not open at all times. However, there is very good restaurant within few minutes walking distance and other restaurant on the public beach, few minutes by car.

The breakfast was really good. Special mention to the fresh fruit juice and the lady making them, who was very nice. The room was big and the internet was very good.

The pictures from the hotel were a little bit misleading, they used the best light and angles, so although the hotel was really nice and comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay, we were a bit disappointed when we arrived there.

The room furniture and bathroom were quite new and in a good condition. The mattress was comfortable. WiFi and A/C are okay.

Location is in Point aux sable, in a not so well-rated residential area and quite remote from Port Louis. There are no restaurants, shopping centres or groceries around except for the rundown 'Londown Way" mini-market. the advertised beach is not a beach The house's windows, patio doors and roof are badly insulated, all rooms were inundated during the heavy rains and floodings that happened on April 19-20. For the rest of the week, there were buckets at every floor and on the staircase to catch the water dripping from the ceiling. There is no dining room, except for a table near the reception. Although is a guest house, kitchen is locked during the day and no staff is available to assist. Breakfast is mediocre (coffee /tea, bread with margarine, jam and peanut butter, cereals, eggs; no fresh veggies and barely any fruits).
