Tuna is without any doubt the best place on the Perhentians. We visited all beaches and bats, but none could beat Tuna Bay. Whats most amazing is the rif in front of the hotel: marvelous! Beautiful coral and so many different fish. The houses are basic, but very ok. Food in restaurant was fine. Breakfast also ok. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laudery service fast and good. We were very happy with that.

Your room is just separated by a door with the neighbors; that causes you hear all the neighbors do/say. This was really uncomfortable. On the beach a policy of removing towels of guest who think they can claim a chair the whole day even on moments they are not there for a couple of hours, id highly recommended. In the restaurant there is a sign to ask you to remove shoes. It would be nice to add a sign that people should where at least a shirt or something before entering the area.

Easy check in and check out. Clear instruction given. Host readily available and very helpful. Room was clean, have extra pilllow, blanket and travel mattress. Pool and games room was awesome for young kid. Many restaurant nearby... Less than 5 minute drive.

A lovely unit with all the required amenities you need for a comfortable stay. Of course, it is conveniently close to everything. Also, the managing agent was on the ball and always sorting out issues. Thank you.

Clean, friendly staff. The food for breakfast is delicious even though the choices are limited but the staff really give his best to refill the foods. As for the room its nice clean and nothing weird there.

Cleanliness is the major concern, esp toilet and basin, can see stains on the glass door, wall n tiles. Didn’t dare to use the bathtub. Second is the staffs in dining area, need better training on how to serve the guests. The “chef” never look up to take order from the guests just never bother till you call him, and the unfriendly facial expression from most of them, no greeting none. I can get this kinda service anywhere but not a good hotel like this. Need improvement
