Buffett breakfast was a bit lame and always the same. Canned mushrooms, rice, little sausages pretty average. Eggs were good though as you could cook your own.

Waitress staff were excellent and super efficient. Different evening meal option every night was good. The vegetarian menu was especially good. Coffee machine for breakfast good.

Location of hotel on the beach: We felt invited to do a nice walk. Room was comfortable, bathroom too. And we had a little verandah!

Internet connection totally unreliable.

Beach bungalow! Beach beautiful and hardly anyone on it. Swam without problems (shark, big waves etc,). Staff were so nice despite language barrier.

Cleanliness should be improved, we had coackroaches in our room. More sunbeds around the pool would be great to fit all the guests.

Nice location near the beach with a big swimming pool. The dinner was delicious.

We liked that we were offered adjoining rooms to accommodate our group of three. We liked the restaurant which provided a limited, but surprisingly good, dinner. We liked the bar and pool area and access to the beautiful beach.

Very spacious bungalow with outside jacuzzi. Close to the sea so you fall asleep with the sound of the sea. Amazing! They have a great a la carte menu in the evening and a excellent wine selection.

We had twin beds which were narrow and the mattresses quite hard. If staying again we would opt for a double in the hope of more comfort.

Great location in a quiet area on the edge of town and right on a nice sandy beach. The room was a standard motel type room, quite spacious and with a small terrace facing the garden. There was a good selection of offerings for breakfast, which was a buffet, and the staff were accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

I guess the thing that did bug me was - you offer Netflix on the tv, google account but you don’t provide access to it Could not turn on English subtitles No casting from our own devices We did seek help but “it is what it is” The plus side we read books and played cards!

The ocean view room was outstanding, the view exceptional Beach very clean and nice to stroll along, the waves rolling in gave us the peace and quiet we were expecting We had dinner and breakfast at the restaurant, we are not big eaters so found the value for our food, which was nice and lots of variations expensive The beer was cold and the cocktails too nice to say no to a second or third one

Food drinks very expensive plus no other choice. Not a lot to do. Rooms need bit of a revamp as expensive for what is on offer. 6 nights was too long.

Our scuba diving was cancelled so we were looking for activities to do. We asked the staff for help booking an activity that was advertised in the tourist guide in the bedroom as we don’t speak French. They called the number and just gave me the phone. That tour wasn’t operating that day so we tried to get help booking another one but it was also not operating. The staff weren’t particularly helpful in offering any suggestions or helping us when we were obviously trying to find something to do so unfortunately our time here was not maximised. They didn’t speak English very well so seemed to not want to deal with us. Also the hot water in the room lasted about 5 min a day.

The evening menu was a bit to fancy for us and a couple of people we spoke to. A pizza. Hot chips. Burger would have been a good addition without adding to many items the the menu. Advised to stay out of the water due to shark risk. I feel this is an over reaction from noumea, luckily there is a pool on site.

Room clean and tidy Area very nice. Facilities very clean and tidy for a remote location on an island. Attached dive center is very professional and the diving is good.

Most staff speak very little if any English. The place looks a bit rundown, but the indoors are kept in shape fine. The restaurant food was rather average for the price, especially buffet dinner. Coffee at breakfast was below average and desserts were mostly blunt. I suppose for where the Hotel is located, the management is doing best they can.

Accommodation was clean and modern. Enjoyed the pizzas for dinner and the breakfast. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Our bungalow was on the left edge and music from the nearby park went all Friday night and most of Saturday. The staff were sympathetic but could do nothing.

Beach side bungalow was fabulous. Yves the manager spoke English was very helpful, a lovely man.
