This was a nice, clean place to stay, but the description on the Booking.com website is somewhat misleading. The description used the word chalet with a view of the Dokkumer Ee canal. The "tiny house" is a single level accommodation and not a chalet. We had anticipated a second bedroom in a chalet loft, but there was no loft. There was no second bedroom, but an enclosed two-level double-sized bunk bed. The property is adjacent to the canal, but it cannot quite be seen from the "tiny house". We did enjoy our stay there, but the description on your website was not accurate.

The staff from the start to the finish were excellent. Very friendly and super helpful. Especially Edith she was very kind and patient and very friendly. They were responsive with any issues. It was nice to be away from the city centre and it was very close to local transport. The room was very big and spacious and had everything needed for a week long break. The room was very clean and tidy. Short walk to the local supermarkets. Great location and great staff. Made my first trip to the Netherlands very memorable. Will definitely be booking again!

Check out time- would be good if it could be around 12 especially as we were staying for a week but despite us waking up a bit late the staff were really kind and allowed us some extra time so we didn't have to rush.

Location is excellent, in the heart of the city close to Central station. Quite convinient to explore the city or for going to other sites such as Keukenhof, Zaanse, to the sea. Rooms are spacious, spa is amazing, swimming pool also. Recomended for families.

The way the old carpet factory had been preserved, retaining the architectural features while converting it to a modern hotel. Comfortable. Good public areas. Food in the restaurant was outstanding.

We have stayed 3 nights at Room 607 (28 April 2024 to 1 May 2024) The Washbasin was full of cracks ! Stain was found on the Fitted Sheet (Bed Sheet) during our 1st day accommodation (28 April 2024 16:10) but the house keeping staff has not initatively changed this dirty fitted sheet upto my check out on 1 May 2024 11:00 ! Certain dirty found at the internal wall in our Room. May we suggest you to improve your hosuse keeping / maintenance standard ??

The beds weren't comfortable,just like The pillows, which let me to develop neck and back problems during my stay, and to other members of our group. The staff refused to provide extra pillows to try to compensate for their bad quality. The snack bar service is terrible, where you can order an expresso and you get whatever they feel like. The cleaning team doesn't care if there is a "no disturb" sign on the door, and/or if there is anyone inside sleeping. The clean team and the staff have total disregard for the items of the customers, where a couple of our items went missing and the staff did nothing about it. All in all, they do not care a single bit about the customers experience and comfort.

Everything. Room was super tiny. The location was very loud and so much of noise throughout the night where i could not sleep. People came knocking at my door twice at 01 30 in the morning which broke my sleep. Very very inconvenient.
