Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Very nice buffet style breakfast. Coffee is available on the breakfast area. Pool is large and has a nice seating area.

United StatesStaff were so nice, but there could have been a few others on-duty during busy evening check-in time. We waited about 25 minutes...and then unfortunately needed to switch suites because the remote to our AC didn't work.
Though our suite faced the street, it was pretty quiet and the black-out curtains afforded us a very relaxing sleep-in. Gorgeous pool and gardens!
