Bed not really comfy (at least for my back). Given the facilities, price, etc., I would expect a better access by car...

A beautiful resort-like hotel, great breakfast buffet. The location is not great if you want to go into town at night but it wasn't what we had been searching for anyway. It is quiet, peaceful and gorgeous. We also got a bungalow upgrade with view of the volcano. It was fantastic. The hotel is tucked into the surrounding forest so we got to see lots of wildlife: an abundance of hummingbirds, tukans, an iguana and even monkeys. The staff is also super helpful with organising tours (we did the sloth tour and it was absolutely amazing). The rooms are super clean, there wasn't even a spider web in the corners outside. 100% recommend.

breakfast. very Bad! ATV Tour dangerous. tire came off one of the ATVs, could have ended in a severe accident. ATV rental still wanted us to pay in full for the tour.

Buffet breakfast offered a great variety but somehow at low quality, especially the coffee and pastries/bread.

Nicely furnished bungalows with a great view to the volcano. Lovely swimming pool area, an own nice hiking trail and big terrace.

Front desk not 24 hours and limited with breakfast choices, except Sunday. Coffee is free but we don’t get it everyday when ask for it we didn’t get it for that day. The road to the hotel is long and rough and dark at night.

Amazing property with breathtaking views of the Arenal volcano. Front counter staff were very friendly and helpful. Room and grounds were immaculate for the duration of our stay. The food on site was of very high quality, and we enjoyed eating breakfast there every morning!

While we found the accommodation to be intriguing and ideally established the interior is a little dated. Adds a bit to the charm however not as comfortable as it could be. Wifi strength left a little to be desired.

I found the location absolutely stunning, even in the rain the property is beautiful. The breakfast, included as it was in the price, is top notch each day was as tasty as the last. All staff members encountered, from the front desk, the dining room staff to the cleaners... all were very pleasant and professional. A huge thumbs up!!

Bungalow 100, hot water very inconsistent. I took shower at 10 pm both nights, no hot water.

Very close to nature. Great food at the Hotel restaurant. Quiet, only nature sounds, allowing good sleep.

Hojarasca restaurant need A/C or big fans to refresh the area because when they open the windows bugs come inn when you are having breakfast.

Wished the jacuzzi had been working, but it was apparent that the issue was being addressed.

The rooms are a little dark. The bathroom window couldn't be opened. I got food poisoning which I think was from something at breakfast but can't guarantee that as my partner was fine.

The location is absolutely stunning, with amazing views of the volcano. The breakfast room is very modern looking with a great selection. I'd really recommend going on the jungle trail at the hotel, it was better than the ones in the arenal park, although quite short. Short drive out of town.

A little more sunshine…lol. Maybe a screen on the bathroom windows and a screen door on the back patio, although we didn’t have any insect issues, I was concerned about leaving the door/windows open.

The grounds are so well maintained and beautiful!! What an amazing location!!
