Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkThe Old Port Hotel in Limassol is a wonderful choice for your stay. Its location in the Old Town is ideal, offering proximity to everything, including the seafront for those early morning walks and sunrise views. The rooms are impeccably clean and well-appointed, with everything you need. The staff are fantastic, and I especially want to thank Georgia for all her help and advice with our onward trip.

CyprusOnly downside I would say is the balcony was facing another balcony... very close. So we had to keep the curtains drawn the entire time.
The room was very clean, hotel is perfectly located, staff was lovely, bed was comfortable! The breakfast was great too! We really enjoyed it! We booked two rooms (one for me and my boyfriend and one for two friends), we were all very happy overall.

CyprusMy daughter and her friend forgot their jackets in the room's closet after they checked out. They called the hotel but the hotel managed to find two out of three jackets. After numerous calls to the hotel, the jacket was never found. :(

CyprusThere is a tavern next to the hotel with very loud music until 2 am on fridays and Saturdays, better next time to warn the guests which their rooms facing the tavern and give them earplugs from the check in and not in the middle of night.
