Negative point: we have to pay up to 20€ just for parking, I think it is a bit expensive. There are a lot of parking space outside. It should be cheaper. Wellness Center was very basic and the Jacuzzi did not work even when we were in the hotel 3 days, none fixed it.

Nice Staff, they helped to me with the rest of things (parking, my daughter wanted a bathtub and the staff people offered to me the best they could do, tips...). I am very happy with this Hotel, I would repeat it again if I decide to come back to Bremen. Thanks Jacob for everything, you are a right people :)

We have chosen this hotel because of the swimmingpool. The swimmingpool is actually not part of the hotel, but it's part of another organization that shares the same building. We had to pay to access the swimmingpool. Staff wasn't that welcoming. Before they wanted to sell us a VIP (?) parking slot when I reserved a normal one (which is exactly the same as VIP) days before our arrival. Best Western should make definitely a better recruitment for receptionists. The level of english was very poor. One of the receptionists, despite the UK flag on her badge, could barely speak english and she appeared to be upset to speak it

Breakfast was excellent even if the restaurant is a bit small. The room was a bit "oldy" but good enough. One remark about double bed: they were actually 2 single beds together with some space in between. Location is great to reach the beautiful center of Bremen walking only 10 minutes. You have a variety of little stores and street fod places around the hotel.

Sadly the whirlpool wasn’t working when we got there, we paid less because of this, but I think it would have been better if we had the chance to use it. We also visited the bar near the lobby, which had awful cocktails. Maybe it was too busy that day (New Years Eve) but wouldn’t recommend the cocktails there

The location is great. You walk max 1 min tot he central station of Bremen and can walk around the city within minutes. Great places to eat and hang out. The staff is very friendly and professional. The rooms were excellent and clean all the time. The hotel has a spa area, which is great. Best thing was the breakfast!! So amazing and a variety of delicious food.

The shower cubicle in our room could have been a few centimeters bigger. Front desk staff was not overly friendly.

Breakfast was always the same every day, but it was good and delicious. Coffee good as well, Granini juice, sparkling water, even sparkling wine :))) Location is great, you can reach center by foot easily + the tram station is near, so you can reach airport or supermarket quickly (airport in 10-15min). The SPA area is as you see in photos, nothing special, but it is nice to warm up in sauna, the pool is "ok size" to swim a few laps :)

Noise at 5.30 am from within the hotel which sounded like furniture was being moved. Also, the carpet wasn't hoovered thoroughly as there were long blonde hairs across the carpet (no blondes here!).

We have no problem with that, but some people might not like the “central station atmosphere” around the hotel (not many parking places, very busy traffic, lots of different people etc)

It is very central, lots of restaurants around. Nice big hotel but vert cozy. Hubertus from the reception was vert nice! But all staff was great. Nice breakfast. Easy accessible for baby strollers (elevators, bed, corridors, etc)

Room has carpet floor not very well maintained and clean that made our staying unpleasant. Room lacks noise insulation, we woke up during night several times by hearing steps of people upstairs.

Check-out was slow and cumbersome. Lady seemed to be having a difficult day.

Room check-in was quick and friendly. Restaurant is very good. Nearby restaurants are very good after a long day traveling. Location is excellent; next to the Bremen Hauptbahnhof. Breakfast was really good.

First double room asked: not good it was 2 tiny beds together so a hole in the middle and very noisy Need to pay extra to go to the pool ;( Trouble to check out , need to pay extra and no explanation after such a long stay in the hotel ... I am waiting for the refund. Position of the shower not good, a lot of water goes outside

Wellness area is difficult to reach, as the hotel is a labyrinth. The area is inside, and rather old. Comes at surcharge.

Swimmingpool no diving is ok. But no jumping in the pool is a little bit too much constraints for the kids. Room smells like it had been smoked in.

In the lobby, there was a distinct and strong smell of smoke. The staff was a bit clumsy with English. Room Doors are quite hard to open from a first try. No safe box in the room. The bathrobes will cost you extra and they will give you green ones. AC was not working. The shower was designed very poorly as the water was leaking to the floor right away.

The sauna, swimming pool, and hot-bath were amaizing. Several types of Saunas with different temperatures. However, Sauna and a gym are not part of a hotel but just share the building and collaborate. Great breakfast with fish, omelet, sausages, and a great selection of bread.
