I had apprehensions about the airport shuttle. But in the end everything panned out a lot better than I had imagined. I slept well after my long flight and started off early the next morning. The regular shuttle pick up service helped. In all a good experience. Quiet room albeit being close to where planes take off and land.

Buffet breakfast & dinner wasn’t very good value for money. Air conditioner in room was quite noisy.

Be aware it’s really isolated and nothing to walk to - that being said, it’s close by the airport and there’s a pub and restaurant on site

Value for money

Shuttle runs only till 22.45. It is not good for those who arrive late.

1. Guests with heavy lugguages will find it hard to get on the shuttle bus and keep their lugguage from rolling on the bumping floor especiall when the guests are the elderly and woman. It seems there's no one helping and the there is no seperated lugguage storage space on the bus? 2. The hotel shouldn't charge the hotel guest 10 Euro for sending them to Airport! It shoud be a free service as international standard. I traveled a lot in the world, at least in Asia ( China, Singapore, Thailand....) shuttle bus is always FREE for hotel guests! Also parking should be free for hotel guests so long as they stay, I saw pretty empty space in the hotel parking plot, why doesn't hotel open it free for hotel guests ? Reasonable free service is a big attraction for hotel guests and potential customers and the mentioned free services are almost international standard in hotel business.....

good directions to drive to hotel, picked up key quickly, dropped bags, dropped rental car and caught bus back to hotel. next day caught bus to airport - no problems

We chose this hotel BECAUSE it was an "airport" hotel. It is false advertising in our opinion to label this hotel an "airport" hotel. Yes it is located next to cargo area for the airport, BUT it is not near the passenger terminal at all. It required a 21 Euro taxi trip (15 minute drive) or the hotel shuttle which was charging 10 Euros per person. For our group of 3 that would have been 30 Euros. The hotel is set off by it self, so we had to use their restaurant and bar. No restaurants or shops near by.

The staff and the room were just fine.

The walls are very thin so you can listen at people at 3am packing and talking in the halls. The beds are not comfortable and the carpet was very dirty.

great location, the personnel is super friendly and they have the best burgers in the bar. the bus is great to get to the airport.

I was facing the airport this time and could hear aircraft landing and taking off so the sound proofing did not work.

The restaurant was not equipped to cater to special diets, and lacks the flexibility to adapt the menu. Fortunately the pub was more flexible and I finally could have dinner. Being an airport hotel and isolated from any other restaurant/facility I expected a bit more.

The room is more spacious than expected and very comfortable. The room is also equipped with a kettle and choice of tea and coffee, complimentary sparkling water and complimentary yogurt with granola. The airport shuttle is very fast and convenient, except for the price that is a bit excessive (10 euros pp for a few minutes ride, a taxi costs 15, so sharing a taxi is the best option).

We arrived in late April. The weather was exceptionlly cold, below 8 to 9 degrees celcius. Our room was cold. Although we turned the radiator to maximum level, it was very weak. The wall mounted AC unit had both warm and cold buttons but warm button was disabled. We reported to front desk, they sent to room a technician. He sugessted we change the room, but since we had opened our luggages an settled in our room, we couldn't do that. This condition provided discomfort. - Also, bathroom glass door was too heavy to slide and its round screwed in handle was missing. - Two twin beds were placed next to each other. They could not be separated because they were squeezed by the wall mounted head tables. They must be movable, otherwise can not separate two twin beds apart. Every two people may not be a couple.

We enjoyed the clean beds and breakfast the most. At dinner, a vegetarian soup, spaghetti, chicken sauteed with vegetables, cauliflower and sweet potatoes were served. We enjoyed the soup most and the spaghetti, but didn't know the soup's ingredients. Please provide today's special on the board in english too. We liked the breakfast very much, wide selection of cheese, eggs, salami, jams, honey, breads, fruits were available. Tea and coffee service were perfect.

No help to get to the 2 terminals by car, no signs. We left in cofudion the airport area and found ourselves back on the highway! Lots of stress in order toget back into airport area!

You have to pay extra for the shuttle, usually this is a service which is included in the rate.

Really Close to the airport, it is great option if what you want is to get easy to the airport avoiding any delays or traffic jam from the city, so for a short stay and get to the airport it is ok.

Breakfast, 21€, is overpriced.

I stayed one night and wanted a room with a view of the airport. I was given that, view not great because of tress but still ok. Room extremely comfy. Very short walk to air-bridge memorial and spotting location. Shuttle bus to and from airport very efficient. I will stay again.
