There was a small mishap with the laundry that our kids new tshirt was torn during laundry. Though I must appreciate the efforts of mr Muhammed that he tried his best to compensate to our satisfaction but still one of the colleague keep saying that it was not laundry fault so it gave an impression that we are trying to cheat them for this small thing. We were also invited for a special dinner but unfortunately our invitation was for the day when we were already checking out. I expect that the hotel staff should must know when the guest is checking out and they should be able to plan these events accordingly. Unfortunately we missed the dinner.

Very clean, they take care of minor issues, ensure your comfort. It was located just next to the beach, there were 5 restaurants serving different cuisine. Children’s entertainment program was wonderful. In short there was a lot of things to do within the resort itself.

It was our first time in Egypt and also our first time in such a large hotel resort. The Dana Beach Resort and the whole hotel team gave us a fantastic vacation. The cleanliness, the good food and above all the friendliness and helpfulness of all the staff, from reception to room cleaning, is incredible. We are absolutely thrilled. The quality of the open buffet needs improvement. If Mohamed did not organize special private dinners for us we would have starved🙆🏼‍♀️

Pickalbatros Dana Beach is a beautiful resort located in a stunning beachfront setting. The resort offers a wide range of amenities and activities to ensure a memorable vacation. Mostafa, one of the reception staff members, is known for his warm and welcoming demeanor. Mohamed Abdelmonein, the reception manager, was dedicated to maintaining an exceptional experience for us. He went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy all the time! He was always attentive to our needs and was always ready to provide assistance in whatever we need. He arranged for us private dinners to ensure that we had the best dining experiences. Thank you for such a pleasant and memorable stay, definitely not the last!

To be honest minor things only: 1-- even when mosquitos were on site and I requested immediately an anti-mosquito spray, on the spot it was granted 2- the flaws were minor and I thank everyone

There were several positive points I would like to mark out which really placed a smile on face. 1- A warm special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Mahmoud, Mr. Mohamed Al-Hossainy & Mr. Mohamed Abdulminem. 2- I was granted an upgrade to sea view room 3- Hospitality was spectacular and everyone was helpful and very friendly 4- Amazing family environment where there is kids Aqua park with wide awake lifeguards for the safety of all guests. 5- litter bins were present every where making it a surround clean environment. 6- The Rooms were spacious and housekeeping were decent and very clean 7- every evening there were shows for everyone and the special care for children where there was mini disco performed by the Animation team and the kids loved it. 8- 8- Plus there was a mini nursery also available at different timing. 9- As for the food which was fabulous and tasty, this is because all cuisines of international kitchen were present which will give you an indication that you never be bored of the same thing 10- drinks were served every where the hospitality cannot be discover a word or two because all personnel no had a smile and were very helpful 11- even a small request would be granted immediately. 12- availability of ATMS in the resort 13- Safety was an important aspected well planned. 14- Sandy beach was amazing and service was even better with food and drinks 15-if you have active children it’s better to bring the stroller because the resort is spacious

There were 5 buffet restaurants for your evening meals. 3-4 available for Lunch. There were several bars located around the complex, which was big. It was so clean and tidy and well-maintained. The service was exceptional, the staff would always come around and ask you if you wanted drinks, which made the holiday extra special. Highly recommend this place. Also, my wife is gluten-free and they catered for her needs very well.

Moustafa and Ahmed in reception were very helpful for any issues we had during our check-in. Even though we arrived very early they let us check-in and rest. Our son was ill at the last day of our holiday. The staff prepared a special meal for him to recover. The staff made their best to make us happy. We enjoyed the property. Actually this hotel area is very huge and designed for the families with children.

Absolutely amazing experience from the start to the finish! Reception staff were really nice & polite. Room was settled for 4 people (constantly hit into issue that room is being set for only 3 people). It was on the top floor (as requested) and really nice, big & bright. We booked superior room, but were upgraded to a 2 bedroom without even asking for it. Room was at very convenient location (5908), close to all amenities. Food was really nice and we loved the buffet idea instead of a la carte (as per our previous experience some restaurants weren't offering kids menu or it was the same across all restaurants on site). My favourite was German, but really enjoyed Egyptian. Choice may be not huge, but everything was really tasty and plenty of meat, vegetables and salads (I always struggle with last 2 options totally missing in Egyptian hotels). Wish to see more grilled fish. But praws were available for most of the nights. Only small note: pizzas were a hit and a miss, most of the time weren't cooked properly, so kids couldn't eat it (especially at the beach restaurant). Fresh orange juice in the morning definitely was a nice bonus! Nice choice of fruits! Strawberry was available most of the time and chocolate fountain was a pleasant surprise for kids! Wish freshly brewered coffee were served in restaurants instead of instant. Wasn't a huge problem, as there were a Coffee shop on site. Kids club was lovely, my daughter really enjoyed it. Beach is really nice and sandy with shallow end which was perfect for kids to play. A canal on site in the middle of the hotel makes this place absolutely unique! You can a ride on the boat or take a swan bike and take a ride yourself! Lots of small & big colourful fish around! Kids really enjoyed feeding the fish and even gave names to few of them, as they kept coming yo us every day. They have bicycles on site if you want to take a ride.
