Poorly maintained and in need of major updating. Bathroom was tired and furnishings were old. Kitchen was missing a few essential items and only one knife. Entry gate didn't work on occasion. Eventually it was just stuck open.

Main door broken, not able to close. Main door's magnetic key system broken. No instructions to connect to wifi, the one on the router did not work. I had to reset the router against it's sticker's instruction, in order to have wifi. The shower in the bathroom, has a short curtain, when you use it, the water spreads out of the area.

I was robbed by the cleaning staff, unfortunately the manager reacted very rude to me when I told them that I was missing money from the wallet right after cleaning and of course they where denying that anything happened. Cause of that my stay has become very expensive. The kitchen and bathroom are very old and falling apart. Simple cutlery like a cutting knife is missing Pillows in bedroom looks like was stuffed with some lumps which was very uncomfortable. :( I'm traveling a lot but never faced such rude staff. I will never come back to this place.

How far away it was to collect keys, it was not easy as taxi company’s did not speak any English and did not seem to know any addresses well around the area

It wasn’t very clean, ants in the kitchen, had a cockroach walking on the wall one night, no A/C downstairs, reception quite far, extra pay for use of hot tub, no basic condiments i.e salt pepper coffee tea

However, as the apt. has no heating at all it was bloody cold (12°C) during the day in the room, kitchen, bathroom..... And in the night 10°C. OK, January is wintertime but this was horrible. As the apt. has only single-glass windows, no isolation at all so wind could freely "come and go". Only in the bedroom has airco/heating: very usefull as now it could heat that room to 19°C. So when I was "home" I "locked myself up" in the bedroom with the airco on "full swing". Of course I had informed the reception the first day of my stay and they tried to solve the problem by supporting (twice) a portable electric heating. But these didn't work because of (repeatedly) failure at the switch-panel: 2000 W was to much?! I'm 100% convinced that renting these apts. is only for (late) spring summer and (early) autumn. (I myself did this before 3 times and no complains at all !) Over all, I was very disappointed that (despite the reception mentioned that they would inform the management), the only apologize I got was "sorry for the inconvenience"....

The location was OK for me; easy to reach by public transport; 20 min. walk to the beach-restaurant and the (nude) beach. And the cosy harbour of Cabopino with its restaurants 30 min.

the apartment is quiet old. A bit of renovation would be nice.

Place is well located, close to the beach. Apartment is clean and well equipped. Parking place is also another good thing. The price was really good for the area.

Check in is at another hotel down the road, which I didn't realise so that made things a bit slower getting there and sorted but easy once we figured out where to go. They did tell us, but I didn't see the message with that info in.

The keys must be picked up about 800 meters from the apartment which is to know if you do not have your own car.

Really nice pool area. The apartment was also nice but the furniture a bit old and worn out. There was everything we needed in the kitchen.
