The whole block is very noisy. It’s a block for tourists, it’s echoey, there’s no sound proofing, and the front door slams and echos throughout the whole building. The bars outside are busy until late and even with the doors closed you could hear everything. Outside is cobbled so cases / wheelie bins everything makes a noise going over them, which you can hear! The bed is a memory foam mattress which I felt too hot in but my husband liked. Take ear plugs!

Location was excellent. Nice to have the roof terrace for a glass of wine in the early evening. Kitchen was well equipped. Shower was powerful and hot. Radio channels on the TV were good, recommend the Rock channel!

The bathroom sink tap is impossible to control the temperature is so hot that can’t be used. Property could be a little bit refurbished as well.

The entrance for the bathroom is in the bedroom downstairs so people who sleep in the living room have to walk through. Not a problem for families 🙂

Dishes in the kitchen cabinets were not clean. Had to wash the food off before using. Ground floor hall smelled bad. Laundry area was dirty, but the machines were free to use!

Location was perfect for walking to tourist sites, bars, restaurants and local grocery store. Having a kitchenette and washer and dryer in the building was very helpful. And it.was quiet at night.

The toilet and two single beds are in the room below. The stairs are narrow and was a bit difficult to access. There is a double bed and sofa bed in the top floor which made it better.

Great location, was only a few mins from the cathedral, shops and restaurants. There were some really good Tapas places within two mins. A Carrefour was within two mins of the apartment too. Overall, the experience was good and the staff were really helpful and accommodating for any requests we have. Would recommend this apartment.

The sound insulation was less than expected. On one night we could here people walking down the street and talking, it echoed into the room quite loudly. Resulting in a few hours of sleep. The second thing is the shower cabin didn't seal off properly resulting in a wet shower floor.

À lot of light, very spacious, cool spiral staircase, comfortable bed, clean shower and very handy doorcode to enter the apartment.

Location, location, location, very central, shop, bars, cafes, restaurants, Cathedral and all sites in old town minutes walk away, very comfortable apartment, comfortable beds, great shower, large, very clean. Spiral staircase to lead down to 2nd bedroom and bathroom, might not be suitable for anyone with a disability but otherwise everything was really good

The apartment is much smaller than it looks in the photos. Details are not taken care of, there is no coziness and no thought about greater comfort and cozy details. The shower door is leaky, so the bathroom "floats" after taking a bath...

Great location of the apartment in the center of Seville, all the attractions are within walking distance. The owner arranged paid parking 650 m from the apartment. A supermarket right next to the apartment.

We were in several cities in Andalusia ,but this accomodation was the worst and the most expensive. Not really clean. The windows have not been cleaned with months. Very tiny studio,not for four(4).We couldn't sleap two nights. It was very noisy.

I can't say much good,exept the comunication with the host Fatima. She explained everything.

Apartment is very conveniently located, it has a door code rather than a key so there is no risk to forget the key anywhere. There is a room where you can leave your luggage when you check-out, if needed. There is a super market at 30 seconds walk. I had various questions before and during our stay and I always received an helpful answer in very short time.

Finding the property was a challenge. I believe the host needs to send pictures of the door and the street for easy finding the apartment.

There was no shelf in the bathroom.

Keyless entry was very useful. Loved the terrace and location. It was close to restaurants, and other tourist attractions. Parking garage was monitored 24 hours and 8 minutes walking distance
