I didn't like feeling like I had to interrupt the front desk person by pushing a button to get their attention.

We came into town for an event at the Stadium. Yes, it's a short drive to get downtown, but WELL worth it to stay here. Breakfast was great and bed was absolutely comfy.

Have to ask for room cleaning, or no one will come to clean room. Should have a hanging tag that can be put on the door.

Location is great and the breakfast is excellent with different food options everyday.

I didn't like being scolded for smoking outside the door when the employees at n8ght smoke there at night. The manager made me not want to be around her. Also, she emailed and texted me several times everyday asking me about my room everyday and it was unprofessional and too pushy.

I had to submit a claim to my home owner's insurance. I wanted to stay here, but I could not pay upfront for the room, but my insurance would cover the cost of the room. Instead of working with me or getting my insurance company and claim number, I was told I had 30 minutes to pack up my things and leave because I felt the over 500 dollar price quoted was far more then mist customers pay for the week. Also, I think it was unfair she charged me more to stay in the disability room, and no one should be charged more if they are disabled. It is not supposed to be profit over accomullidating the disabled.

There were some people speaking very loudly in the hallway around 9:30pm at night. No fault of the hotel.

Breakfast was perfect the restaurant was huge, Location was also perfect to get around and exit the city to leave for home. Staff was very pleasant. I did not expect the property to be so nice considering the budget price we paid.

breakfast was terrible in that coffee was constantly burned beyond drinkable and fresh out of the pot. The food was constantly running out even with an empty breakfast area.

The front desk staff was incredibly nice and helped up get a crib for our newborn. The rooms and halls are clean. The room was equipped with most of what you would want in a room.

When we checked in that the afternoon, it smelled bad inside, and it made my eyes burn. But when we came back that night, it was fine, thankfully. The bathtub needs an update. The toilet tank just kept running after flushing. I had to fix it because it was loud gushing water sound, and it was a waste of water. The rubber flopper in the tank did not seal to keep the water from going through. I did let the front desk know upon checking out. My credit card was charged the 50 dollar deposit. I thought it was just a hold. I'm still waiting for a refund. Room #220

The gentemen that checked us in was nice and friendly. I didn't realize i booked for a handicap room he upgraded us to 2 queen beds room. The bed was comfortable. Enough charging outlets.

No one came and took out the trash or switched out our towels and washcloths during our stay.

All the staff were super friendly! Good location to local eatery chains as well as Mall of America, in which you could take the local city bus to get to it and save on Uber/Lyft.

The stairways are at the far end of the two hallways. The lobby is in the center, but the only ways to reach the upper 3 floors is to wait for a single elevator in the lobby or walk all the way to the end of the hallway to walk up one, two or three floors.

The entire facility was spotless. All of the amenities worked; electrical outlets, USB ports, TV, TV remote, refrigerator, microwave, alarm clock and lamps. Breakfast had several hot entree choices.

Waited for 10-15 minutes at the desk for check-in around 530-6 pm. (No staff members in sight) Hallway floors are in dire need of being vacuumed. Bed was extremely uncomfortable. Staff wasn't the friendliest with the little interaction I had...not mean/rude or anything, just to the point and then they go back to what they are doing, not really that busy.

Breakfast was good but hot food options are limited. Room was clean/nice, vaulted ceiling with skylight. Good vending machine options.

Pet friendly hotel only applies to dogs. Cats were not allowed for more than 3 days. I traveled with my cat. Had planned on staying at the hotel for a couple weeks but at the last minute we had to move to a different hotel.

The hotel was quiet. Not a lot of guests and the ones that were there were quiet and respectful.
