The hotel itself is a little bit outdated and requires some investments. There was a constant problem with a wifi network.

Decent hotel, close to the small beach and shops, restaurants etc. Some helpful staff.

The flat was not perfectly clean when I arrived. Although bedsheets and towels were changed every two days I think they should provide ways or a service to clean the bathroom during the stay.

The location is amazing. Few minutes from cala blanca and less than 10 minutes by car from other amazing beaches. There is a great choice of restaurant and bars in the area and a supermarket 2 mins from the building that has everything you need.

bar didn’t open on Sunday but no notification and closed each evening at 7pm. some notices if opening and closing times around might be helpful.

close proximity to the beach and bus into Cuitadella. towels and bedding changed often. lovely quite pool. lovely young lady in the bar each evening-couldn’t do enough to please.😊

The shower door leaked so the bathroom floor was wet after a shower but we had plenty of towels and a mop so not an issue.

Good location, light and airy apartment with air conditioning. Comfy bed. Kitchen had everything we needed. Spacious balcony. Housekeeping came 5 out of the 7 days. Staff great and pool area nice. Lots of beds and shade if needed and not busy.

The apartment was dirty, the bed was too small for two people, furniture was kinda old and outdated. They gave us a room on the highest floor with no elevator. The apartment wasn't soundproof and there was a lot of noise coming in from the neighboring hotels. We asked for clean towels on the second day and they didn't bring any, even though they said they would. The woman on the phone was rude when I called for help with the air conditioning. We had to pay extra money for a locker in the room.

The location was nice and some staff were very friendly and helpful. We could use showers in the other hotel of the group after checking out.

You can literally hear everything through the walls. Handle of the door + shower hanger were broken.

The property is average, well located but without real charm. Very pricy for what you get

They gave us the keys to an apartment that was still uncleaned even though we arrived at 5pm and check-in was at 2pm, when I called to complain the receptionist told me that check-in after 2pm means they have time after 2pm to clean the room. I asked for a late check-out to compensate not having my room ready until 6pm which they only confirmed the last day of my stay and because I insisted. Another huge disappointment came when at 11.30pm one could still hear the noises of a close-by hotel hosting some kind of party EVERY DAY. On the second night I complained and the answer was that the other hotel had a special license to make loud noises. I checked this and hotels can have up to 40dB so I measured and not to my surprise they were at 70dB. It was impossible to sleep, yet no one cared. I even called the police and apparently you need to do a lot of paperwork, I don't know why you need to pay a tourist fee when they do not provide any good service in exchange. All in all, after a year of pandemic one can tell that the service level has dropped significantly.
