- the access cards (freshly activated) repeatedly failed (every night) - fixed by reception, but not pleasant - an unpleasant smell in the room - probably from the cleaning products - nothing dramatic, still can be avoided

On the second time I got back, the receptionist gave me a room that was in use by another client, so we sort of opened a door not knowing people were there. Luckily, they were out at the time. It was a human error, besides that, everything else was fine

The flat was perfect for us. Bigger than expected. It allow short and middle trip in familly! Beds were perfectly cleaned and the comfort was appreciated. The staff was kind and professional. Breakfast : no comment as we didn't take the breakfast.

When we checked in and came to our room the first time, the toilet was not cleaned, seemed like somebody urinated there and forgot to flush it. One handtowel was also weirdly placed on the bathroom sink liked it was already used while the other one was hanged where it should be. So, we were unsure if they finished preparing the room for us or not. And the next day, we just got one hand towel instead of two. The bathroom, my opinion is eerily big but like in a hospital setting. Also, it was not properly cleaned. The corners of the bathroom is dusty with some hairs maybe from previous stays? And the bathroom sink, the same especially on the sides. The kitchen area was nice but there were no utensils to use. In the cabinet were just 1 plate, 1 spoon and 1 teaspoon. And about the bed, I thought we will get a 1 queen bed or something like that, but it's just 2 beds placed beside each other and it's a bit old too. The location is near the train station R4, maybe less than 10 mins walk if you're a fast walker but in general, it's far from the city center.

The breakfast was really worth the price. The rooms are pretty big like it's a whole apartment with a living room and kitchen. The refrigerator was big with a freezer which is very practical for us because we can grocery plenty of drinks and keep it cool.

I requested an invoice via email. I got it but after some time, 1 or 2 weeks, which also would not be a problem but I did not get any answer that I would get the invoice which was a quite annoying.

At the start they gave us only one key for two people, but when asked gave the second.

Everything was just super organised. Facilities are great for the money we paid. The hotel has a gym open 24/7 for free and loads of other services. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We tried breakfast once, which was good. Sabadell Sud trainstation is close, making it very convenient if you want to visit Barcelona.

I choose that we preferred a double bad, but we got two single beds. Fortunately, the rooms are made in such a way that you can move them aroun.

Lots of people are hating on the breakfast, but I must say that breakfast was delicious and there was plenty to choose from. Sure with longer stays the breakfast become repetitive, but that’s in any hotel.

Location not close to the best attractions in Barcelona. No other negative points. Overall, very good accomodation.
