The shower backing up while taking a shower and only having a half a roll of toilet paper.

The front desk staff were very nice and informative. It was also close to the Baltimore food festival that we were attending.

When I got there they did not have a room for me even thou I should them my reservations they charged me more then what I had reserved on booking. For the price they charge me I could have went to a better hotel. It was my birthday and I was out state so I did not have the options to pick bor locate anything else by it being New Years Eve. They reported the price that was reserved on booking.com was two low and that booking.com tell you they reserved it and u can pay for it when you come was lie. I was upset that I had to pay more .I was blind sited about this on my birthday. This is first time I every had this issues when booking thru this website. The breakfast was not good at all.

There was nothing mentioned about the parking situation went booking this room. We had to pay about $80 just for 2 days of our stay which was not planned for/expected. When we arrived at our room the bathroom door was warped and there was no shower curtain. The elevators were kind of dirty and outdated which is very disappointing. Breakfast was good, however we arrived only a half hour after breakfast began and everything was out. There were not many people eating already. We had to wait another half hour before the food was replenished.

The staff, especially at the front desk were very welcoming and kind!

I stay here often it’s a great value. The facility itself is clean, but the rooms you can always tell somebody else has been there floors never look swept crumbs are always in windowsills. I usually clean myself when I stay here but for the price and the location is worth what you pay for.

The free breakfast was awful. Most of the hot items were gone when we showed up mid-morning and no one was there to restock items. No coffee.

The location was close to Camden Yards (Orioles Baseball) and Inner Harbor.

I don't know if they turn the hot water off at a certain time, but there wasn't any hot water in the room after about 5 mins it was just warm. The sink water never got hot. And they may have a leak under the floor because when you walk on the flooring water would seep up.. It served its purpose of to just sleep.

The location was super convenient. The front desk agent was very courtesy and kind.

Parking, when I called they said parking garages near which was true BUT only specific one to get discounted rate . $93 to park for the 2 days. Breakfast bar ok, no plates, coffee cold. Looks like a lot of the place needed replacement, updates, repairs. Would not stay here again. 1 light by bed didn't work,

The hall we were on smelled awfully of cigarette smoke even though we saw many “no smoking” signs. We held our breath walking in and out of the room. There were multiple instants in the evening and early morning (6am), that someone opened up our room door, but luckily we had the security latch on. Breakfast was very under par, and lacking even though we would arrive at 7:30am. Our first morning, the kitchen didn’t have more than a few plates, and no spoons for cereal. Sunday morning there were no clean plates, no juice, and no silverware at 7:30am.

The front desk staff was so nice and helpful, making sure we had what needed, letting us bring luggage early, making sure we knew nice places to and where not to go.

there were a lot of holes in the elevator walls. it needed work. went up to breakfast one morning, there wasnt any coffee left, hardly any food. the woman was by herself and bitching and moaning the whole time about being the only one person and can't even leave to go to the bathroom this was our 2nd time staying there but i don't think we will stay there anymore. no trashcan in the bathroom, we moved the only one from the room area into the bathroom and no toilet paper holder.

The room was great. There was one light that did not work and one light that buzzed when it was on. You could hear everything happening in the hallway and when people entered the room next to us it sounded like they were entering our room. The room key also didn’t work. I had to have the room key fixed at least 5 times in a 2 night stay because it wasn’t working in the elevator or the room door.

The location was great and staff was friendly and responsive to issues.

The listing did not mention that the property undergoing a major renovation. Nor that parking would be extra.

I bought this at the last minute, because my other booking was cancelled at the last minute, and they were still in the process of renovating. The sheets were very dirty and stained.

The staff were excellent and deserve a raise, the facilities did not in fact meet good standards.
