Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Our twin bedded room was on the 7th floor with a great view of the cathedral and town. Had a very well appointed bathroom with walk-in shower as requested. Hotel is well situated in the town and very near the ferry port. Good secure underground parking. Food served in the main restaurant was excellent and very good value for money.

Great location. Walking distance to city centre and about half hour walk to the amazing beaches. Very clean. The room I was in was fantastic. If you looked extremely closely the room needs some tlc. But it’s only small things, if you are overly critical.

Breakfast buffet was nice, loads of fresh bread. I liked that there was a seperate section for gluten free foods. Would happily stay here again if we go back to Santander.

The employees , they are very nice and always ready to support you with everything you might need . We went downstairs for the dinner, the weiteres are very polite, doing all the possible to reach your needs. The menu should include, though, some dishes with chicken too.

Although ours was a city view room we couldn't have asked for anything better. We were also allowed to leave our bags in the luggage room after check out. FranceInitially, we did find the bar and cafe area very noisy, especially after we first arrived - just when you want a nice, quiet drink to relax. However, after a couple of glasses of the excellent house wine, that didn't matter too much in the end and we enjoyed ourselves.
Lovely and spacious double aspect room with a great view from on high. As befits the hotel name, the views out to and across the bay were gorgeous. Very friendly and helpful staff at reception. In all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Santander (our first time) and would definitely consider returning to this hotel. Good restaurant with a nice choice of food and also run by very friendly and efficient staff. Thank you everyone.
