There was really only a few downsides if we have to get nit-picky, but none were a huge deal. The rooms didn't seem to have locks which is not a big deal but the same holds true for the bathroom so if you're a large group of friends or something you should knock before opening the bathroom door. Also, there was a little bit of a smell in the bathroom probably form the pipes. Nothing dramatic but can be noticed sometimes. Further, the building itself has a strange configuration and one of the rooms had a blocked off window that goes to the stairs...? Lastly, the couch was pretty old and though it was actually kinda comfy for me to sleep in I think a new couch would do well.

The best part about this accommodation is the location. It's in walking distance of the Sagrada Familia temple, Casa Mila and Casa Battlo are even closer and a little further away are the Gothic Quarter, Zoo and Aquarium. That being said it's in a relatively quiet part of the city, it looked safe at night, there was a 24 hour supermarket around the corner as well as a nice coffeshop/bakery and tons of restaurants and bars all around. The apartment itself had all the necessary utilities including a washing machine and rack to dry your clothes, kitchen appliances like microwave, oven, stove, a big nice fridge and a dishwasher. Also, there was a nice little terrace with a view of the street, the bathroom looked pretty cool with the little stairs and a nice shower cabin. Upon entry the accommodation was cleaned and prepared for us properly. Aside from the property itself the people managing the accommodation were friendly and responded to my messages relatively quickly. Aside from that they were kind enough to let us check in a little early. When checking in I met with Edoardo I think was his name he gave me a good welcoming and was polite and friendly.

The apartment has two showers, but we weren’t able to use the main shower room because the water leaked through the tiles and the floor got all wet. We had to soak up the water with a towel multiple times after each person took the shower, and it was also smelly. The smaller shower in the back room worked fine, however, the door doesn’t close all the way, so you need to ask people to be out of the room if you want privacy. Also, we struggled a bit to have stable wifi from the living room, but if you use the “wifi extended” it works fine.

The property was spacious with nice kitchen and close enough to walk to the main shopping areas. (It was nicer if they had more toilet papers and kitchen papers.) There were many small supermarkets and places to eat around the apartment and it was very convenient.

Apartment need to be re-furnished. Speciallty the curtains are old and not clean. Missing a TV in the rooms. Apartment Front door needs to have a hand hold from inside. WiFi does not work( or work very poorley) in rooms when room doors are closed

well, shower in main bathroom is leaking, and the water stays at the floor, and its bit stinky. at the start I was required to pay deposit - which was not mentioned on the listing, but ok, I paid deposit, issue was to get the deposit back, took me a week to get my money back - was given incorrect information - that money will be refunded right away, but took the whole week to process refund after many emails and text messages - but at the end I did get my money back. I think the property should list in on Booking about the deposit and also disclose when the money will be refunded.

Host was really nice, and waited for us, as we were late due to shuttle mix up at the airport. apartment is large, spacy, and comfortably can sleep 7. There are two bathrooms and two showers, however the mail shower is leaking through the tiles and is little smelly. Location is amazing, coffee shop, bakery, grocery store - just around the corner, wonderful restaurants just a block or two away... 5 block to La Padrera, 8 blocks to Casa Batlo, and you can walk all the way to the port from here...

One bedroom without window (with A/C though). Single bedroom to frontstreet quite loud (better bring ear plugs). The "balcony" was more a "step-out" that we did not dare to step out on. Some furniture was a bit broken. 2nd bathroom (in main bedroom) has strange layout - the other person has to leave the room if a bit of privacy should be given for showering - and the sliding door to the toilet "cupboard" does not fully close. Not enough plates & glasses for 5 - but I am sure the team would have helped if we had written about it. This sounds maybe worse than it was. When coming to Barcelona you anyway spend most time away from the appartment. Just good to manage the expectations. It is a solid place and I would probably book it again for a few nights - but it is not a fancy design appartment (the photos might - as often - promise a little bit more than you get)

Very good service team - easy coordination via Whatsapp. Comfortable bed. House & appartment with charme (the elevator feels like a travel back in time ;-)). Clean. Enough space for 5. Not everything was perfect, but we had a good time. (Our appartment was on 4th floor - not sure which other ones in the building the same ad might cover - I assume they might not all have the same features) The location was fine for us - 30-45min walking (and to some attractions much less) in different directions brings you to most attractions.

One of the bedrooms didn’t have any window so it kinda felt like a prison cell, a bit of smell coming from the shower drain

The communication part in order to set up the check-in was slow, so we had to wonder through the city with our luggage until someone from the property got back to us and eventually let us in.

The location was great, very close to multiple highlights of the city. The apartment itself was spacious and equipped with AC and fans which made our stay quite pleasant.

no one answered our questions on whatsapp, one room is really not as good as the others which was not ideal in our situation. The towels quality is really bad, they feel like plastic, this is a small improvement that would definitely be worth the investment

The windows do not prevent noise at all. It was very loud and I had to wear ear plugs in order to sleep. It was odd that there were no paper towels in the kitchen.

I liked the amount of space in the unit. The kitchen was really nice, although we did not utilize as we were only there one night. It was very clean.

Nothing in the frige ehen we arrived...Not even the most basic commodities, such as sugar, salt, tea...only one thin towl for each, for the next six nights...the apartment's appearence is far removed from what appears in the photos on its web site...

The apartment is extremely small, modest, simple, and cosy. The location is good.

The rooms are a bit cold.

Staff is amazing and helpful. The host called me the day prior to my arrival and made sure i will find some one at the property upon arrival. They made sure of smooth arrival. Location is superb also. Great value.

The only issue is that one of the air conditioners didn't work during our 5 day stay. They tried to come fix it, but were unable to. The only other thing I'd say that could be improved is the shower head in bathroom desperately needs to be replaced or cleaned.

The apartment is in a pretty prime location and close walking distance (or metro) to a lot of attractions. The terrace is awesome and has tons of space to hangout and relax. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were a good size. The building is also right next to tons of highly reviewed restaurants and bars (no more than 5 minute walk).

The apartment was great, it’s had everything we needed and was very spacious with an amazing terrace overlooking the streets of Barcelona. Miguel met us with the keys and was very helpful with recommendations of what we should do while in the city

1. Service: Unfortunately, representatives of the apartments do not show any interest in the timely check-in of guests. They could not guide us regarding the time and next steps; we had to call and call the operator back several times to find out information, since they themselves did not call back, despite promises to contact us. I had to wait 40 minutes at the house for the manager to come and let me into the house. 2. Apartment: Unfortunately, the apartment has a very “tired” renovation. Chips on the walls, battered furniture, a really dirty sofa disguised with scraps of fabric, a half-broken lamp. It was very cold in the apartment. We’ll pay special attention to the bathtub: it’s terrible, the shower door is not airtight, water was constantly pouring out onto the floor. And this is all taking into account the fact that the company takes a deposit: why then does this money not go towards renovating the apartment? And it’s worth adding that the range of the wi-fi network is very small, in the far bedroom it doesn’t catch at all, in the near one it catches, but very poorly.
