The restaurant. We stayed for dinner because we wanted a particular dish that the menu had, and the waiter didn’t tell us until we already ordered other dishes, so we had to stay. This was a really bad experience.

The hotel is pet friendly, sorry, I'm not a big dog lover and sometimes I was overwhelmed with the number of animals there.

As the hotel is located on the top of the hill, you have just incredibly beautiful view from the rest-zone and restaurant. There are a lot of trees and blooming flowers on the territory, big zone for rest and spend a time next to a swimming pool, cosy lobby bar with very friendly bartender from Morocco, and great buffet options in the restaurant.

Spectacular views, beautiful hotel, breakfast was ok but hotel lacks atmosphere,drinks expensive in poorly stocked bar (few choices) but if you just want to relax in quiet atmosphere then this would be a good choice. Bit of a walk into Saint feliu. Car park opposite hotel.

The parking lot was full and there weren't many free spaces to leave the car. The walking path was pretty dark at night

The bathroom could have been cleaner, especially the toilet. The night reception was poor/not really that friendly or welcoming.

Comfortable room, large bath, nice balcony, comfortable bed, great breakfast with a nice view and friendly staff (particularly the black haired waiter at breakfast)

There was no bad things in the hotel, but if something should be noticed here, I would say that the language skills with some people were troublesome at times, but at the counter everything were perfect. And in the village it was hard to have service without Spanish, but it was manageable nevertheless and had nothing to do with hotel itself :)

View and milieu were breathtaking. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were superb. We were little surprised that the hotel had 3 stars. In fact our daughter wanted to say when we left to the counter that "at least 4 stars!" but she was stage fright at the time :)

Elevator was a little bit dirty. They should allow the access with the car until the entrance of the hotel to unload the bags. Don’t know why they block this access and allow only for some guests.

The hotel is on a very steep hill with steps up to the property . This was not a problem for us but for some it could be . I would have liked a kettle and cups in my room for some tea or coffee .

This hotel has old school charm , class and breathtaking views. The staff are super friendly . Our room had a huge bed was very spacious and the decor was beautifully simple and relaxing .

Let’s talk about the location.. Yes it’s a 900m walk from the town (however you can take 2 routes to the hotel: a long and winding steep walk or a short cut which is like climbing a steep Munro). We enjoyed the extra fitness but it wouldn’t work for anyone with mobility issues). Breakfast could have been more varied (there was no variety whatsoever and we stayed 11 nights). Breakfast tables, vessels could’ve been cleaner. If you’re end July/start of August prepare yourself for all night music and concert sounds which go on until 4am. I quite liked reliving my youth with the party noise, however it was a lot! Would’ve liked there to be more available information at reception for ways to travel to the other bays nearby, things to do in the area, visiting other places Girona (for travellers without cars).

Lovely, large open family rooms with enormous, clean, comfy beds. Spectacular views over the bay. Staff were pleasant and hospitality manager went out of his way to put on an amazing event for guests on the last night of the fireworks. Nice choice for breakfast every morning. We thoroughly enjoyed the vast choices of restaurants, shops, beach facilities that are a short walk from the hotel. Thoroughly recommend the pizza restaurant at the bottom of the hill and the Chinese restaurant is incredible. Obviously spoilt for choice with tapas restaurants which were fabulous too. Beautiful, clean pool !!!

I thought the rooms were very basic and could have done with some soft furnishings and paintings on the walls and bedside lamps. The lighting was very harsh. Very clean though

We had two double rooms connected for the family (4 people), our room size was really good and we had two toilets. The beds were king size and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and diverse.

No kettle in the room. Which if you’re a Brit, is a nightmare!!

Location, clean, very good breakfast! Would 100% recommend paying the extra for the sea view!
