Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe room was too small, curtains don't cover the windows for people who need blackout to sleep. Very thin walls especially when there is a dog barking intermittently through the night next door. The "Smart" TV's are not connected to the hotel internet... absolutely ridiculous. The steam room/Turkish bath did not work throughout our stay.

United Kingdomthe property is lovely and inside is clean. outside there was dirty cigarette ends everywhere not nice when your sat having your breakfast. we had to wait 40 min at breakfast with no juice or coffee and we wanted to sit outside said we couldn’t as table dirty but didn’t offer to clean it. eventually they did

United Kingdomoverpriced drinks I ordered a Irish coffee twic the second time explaining what one was but it came to the room just a black coffee with separate alcohol 13 euros for a black coffee I could of made myself in the room the coffee at breakfast was always Luke warm I’m not a complainer but really they should look at this

Air con in room didn’t work Mini bar in room but no bottle opener Old water in the coffee machine Coffee machine didn’t work Breakfast was a shambles from start to finish. Waited ages didn’t get our requests. Every table was left with dirty plates and half eaten breakfast. No one cleared them away. Given a raw egg when asked for soft boiled eggs. Room key didn’t work even after activating it 3 times. Just generally a big disappointment.
The views were amazing the location was great. I’ve wanted to stay here for years but I was just so let down and disappointed by my recent stay.

United KingdomAll being said in comparison to a 5 star in Uk It is not 5 star Maybe by Spanish standards but not Uk Staff very attentive But undermanned I think all restaurants and hotels struggling to find staff Check in good free drinks Free cava in room Breakfast great accept lack of staff Forgetting sauces and butter ect My only real complaint was the evening meal We got there late But Bread came very dry and no butter Steak came was smoked with what I can describe as a hint of burnt old cardboard or wood It completely tainted the taste of the meat It was awful The cheese selection Was not really a selection , but more what we got left over platter that’s been on side all night Selection Warm Sweaty with condensation on it cheese Tiny bit of blue , tiny bit of cheddar and a mountain of manchango cheese It was awful with raspberries painted with gold paint We asked for chips as we where very hungry The portion was massive They had be reheated Not cooked from fresh old dry chips Could not eat them Let me say previously had food there brilliant The staff where very helpful But the chef and food needs sorting out .
