Great location in the downtown area. A couple of great restaurants nearby. Friendly personnel. 5-7 minutes by foot to bus stop, 10 minutes to metro station.

Communication related to parking was not clear, it took an hour to settle in. Dont use the parking given by the tenant, just use the nearby public parking, which is easy to get in and saves a lot of time

Parking was tight for our big car travelling down small rounds (our own fault) and navigation to the parking lot doesn’t appear on maps so make sure to follow the directions shared by the hosts, otherwise it’s tough!

Although the apartment was very clean, the dishwasher was completely rusty and could not be used, so we washed the dishes by hand, which was at times time consuming, since we had 2 small children and were there for 7 days :) Also you can hear every little thing from the halls, since the front doors have no sound proof and also from the front door of the building, which can sometimes be interesting, when guests are coming back in the early morning :).

The location is excellent, 50m from the city center. Although the street was a bit noisy at times , the sound proof on the windows was great! The apartment was overall clean. The staff was excellent, we did get everything we needed. We also arrived after the working hours, Direct Key mobile application was excellent, no problem at all!

When closing the bathroom door, the bathroom ceiling made an annoying noise.

Quiet street, it was a good choice. Especially that many other properties had complaints about the noise in their reviews. Very good location, with a lot of facilities around. I would come back.

Bit loud from the streets. Beds are rather soft. The kitchen was well equipped but lacked small things like salt, sugar, coffee, etc. Upon request, we got some coffee, though.

There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

The concierge was incredibly helpful and the private taxi was very punctual to take us to the airport. The apartment was very clean and had a lot space. The beds were very comfortable and it was very quiet. You couldn't hear anything from any of the other residents in the building. It is perfectly located within the old town. I highly recommend this property.

Hard to get to by car.

Great location in the middle of old town. They have parking but I would not recommend bringing a car if you don’t have to. It’s tricky to get to driving. The apartment was a nice size with all amenities and clean.

the cutlery could be of better quality, sharper and a larger selection of knives (bread), in such a renowned apartment there should be cleaning every two days and not only after the fourth day, and yes, finally, let say the finishing touch, there could be a welcome package (a bottle of water, capsules for coffee/tea, some local food, at least one tablet for the dishwasher every day, such small things that make guests' stay easier and make them happy _ for the hotel, but do not represent any extra cost)...

No complaints at all. It was perfect for our needs.

The property was near to the centre. Everything was within walking distance. We had a two bedroomed apartment which was perfect for us and our 19 year old son. The bed linen was bright white and good quality. The towels were thick, white and soft. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. We were greeted by Vito on our arrival who was extremely helpful.

Our 3 bed apartment was on the 4th floor ( top floor) with no balcony like the rest of the apartments so felt it was very dark but this is only a minor issue.
