Most of the time it was very quiet in the apartment but late at night around 11.30 pm to 12.30 pm we could hear quite a loud noise of wheelie rubbish bins being dragged along the street below our apartment. As I am a light sleeper it kept me awake but not all apartments would be above that street.

Excellent location in the centre of the old town. The apartment was very spacious, clean with a well equipped kitchen and we could go into it as soon as we arrived at 12 noon without extra charge. The staff on reception were very pleasant and helpful, booking our taxi to and from the airport and answering any questions about the area.

Taxi driver had a hard time finding the location. Dropped us too far away. Best to choose a location from Google maps that is close - found Cappuccinos (restaurant) at Placa de la Reina square, worked as it is on a corner where cars can access. Then it's an easy walk over to Citizentral Juristas.

Fantastic location to walk to the main attractions including the Valencia Cathedral ( next door), and the City of Arts and Sciences following the garden walkway. The apartment is perfect with everything you need.

Proximity to main squares in the Old town. Near to lots of cafes bars and restaurants. But in a very quiet side street, so excellent for sleeping even on a busy night. Very clean with all that was needed for a short break. Convenience of a luggage store on last day. Very pleasant and helpful staff in the reception. The apartment was perfect for a short city break Would definitely use again.

We didn't like two things-1)this is the first apartment we have visited in Europe, in which there wasn't any welcome goods-tea, coffee or water; 2) before arrival and during the stay we have been assured that the apartment offers 1 cleaning service for our 4-nights stay, but irrespective of that there wasn't any cleaning or even change of towels. That policy should definitely be changed.

The apartment is awesome, it's very big (two separate bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, two small french balconies) and convinient. The location is just in the historical center and there is a huge choose of restorants and small supermarkets.

There is a bike rental through the property which allows you to store the bike in their garage. They were booked out when we arrived, so we had to store our bikes on the street outside overnight. I would prefer to have known this option and/or had a place to store our bikes during the stay.

The staff are incredibly kind and well informed. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable a/c.

A property located in the very heart of Valencia's historic centre, very cozy and clean. The staff very professional and responsive.

No coffee mugs. chairs scraped badly on hard floors creating loud noise in apartment below. We suggested a solution to this, so hopefully they do this. We requested the coffee machine be fixed, but not done. The one way streets were a challenge to drive both in and out from accommodation, so suggest to park outside of the old area, and walk to hotel.

Directions to apartment very difficult to follow as it is on restricted access roads. A GPS address link would have been helpful. Check in process was laborious and required use of an app separate to booking.com which seemed unnecessary. Altho checked in with all passport info, when arrived they only had half the information and had to do it again as well as more contracts to read through and sign. It seemed to be excessive admin compared to other accommodation. No toiletries or tea and coffee etc which I think should be included in the price.

it was just perfect. we loved everything. the host was super nice and helpful. the apartment was clean. the bed was very conformable. it was in the middle of the citycenter. peace and quiet rooms.
