Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

The apartment is in a great location, in a charming plaza that host the Museum of Belles Artes. Great restaurants near by, great for shopping and soak in the pulse of Seville; all they great landmarks are in walking distance. The apartment is charming and the communication with the hostess was great!

MexicoThe layout of the apartment is a bit difficult to adjust. as mentioned above, it is a 3 stories unit where the living room (with the sofa bed), the bathroom and the dining room/kitchen is in ground floor. Then you have upstairs the terrace and downstairs (basement) the main bedroom with the other bathroom (bigger one). For the rate per night charged, at the level of a Hotel room of 4/5 stars, you should be able to provide= Smart TV instead an old fashion model where you cant watch your platforms, more kitchen pan and pots, an electric oven, a clean terrace with some decoration, a terrace door that can be locked for safety (I saw this in another review but seems like they are not correcting the findings of guests), fix the lighting in the terrace and improving it to make the area more appealing, a shower head that is not broken (bathroom in the ground floor), an AC/heating system that is not that noisy like the one in the main room (it was reported and the solution was to provide me an electric radiator and turn off the HC), a welcome amenity among some other little stuff that are not yet coming to my mind. Will not come back despite the very good location and some good stuff of the unit. At the price paid, the above could not happen.
Location is all about this property. Really nestled in the historic center, you have all attractions between 10 to 15' walking distance. The apartment itself, a 3 stories unit, is well maintained, no complain since walls are painted, flooring is good, windows blocks noise very well, heating system (only in ground floor)...in general the apartment is in very good conditions. The communication with the landlord/manager is ok and they respond immediate although it is not friendly but effective instead. Check in process is a bit complicated in the way they communicate but then at the moment of doing it, there is no major issues.
