The hotel was convenient for our purpose in getting to the airport. It was an expensive over night stay but these types of hotels usually are so no complaints really

It was a convenient nights stay for an early flight in the morning with an included shuttle service to the airport. The staff were very helpful and hassle free check in and out in the morning. The room was comfortable with great shower and toiletries provided which was handy.

The convenience to the Airport was #1. Airport Shuttle worked out great. The rooftop terrace was very enjoyable. Desk service was also great. We had the opportunity to eat at the hotel restaurant, & the food was quite good as were the rates.

Beds are a bit uncomfortable and bedding is poor quality with synthetic materials, makes you feel hot all night.

Good location for one night stay before flying from El Prat airport. Good shuttle service from and to airport. Very good customer service. Great shared spaces such as breakfast area, restaurant, bar and sunroof bar with lots of light. Clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Good sound proofing in rooms. Good restaurant.

Not much, really. Except that we had to ask how to turn on the lights, when we first arrived.

The room, the cleanliness, the proximity to the airport, the free shuttle, the hotel restaurant where we had dinner. The food was delicious. The staff at the front desk and the waiters were very polite and very nice.

The food in the rooftop bar is well below the quality delivered elsewhere in the hotel. Really disappointing. All industrially prepared frozen and then fried. Awful. The red wine was freezing cold. I know that the Spanish custom is for cold red wine but this was well beyond being chilled.

The bedroom(s) have been fully refurbished since we last stayed here. Very minimalistic and clean. Generously checkout time was 12 noon. Many hotels want you out by 10.00 which is too tight. The pool is really lovely and the breakfast is very varied and good quality. The rooftop bar has a lovely view, but see below…

It’s a bit pricy for an airport hotel, but you get a lot of value.

The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport, and it’s easy to take the free shuttle. The hotel itself is sparkling clean. Our room was modern and very comfortable, and we had plenty of space. Breakfast was excellent. All staff members were friendly.

The only drawback and it wasn't serious was the design, the hard floors caused sound to travel down the hallways. During the day I found the roo.m quite loud, but it quieted down at night and was peaceful.

The airport shuttle was great, but the pickup location at Terminal 1 is not marked in any way. There should also be a schedule showing approx when the shuttle comes. The staff was simply great.

The shuttle wasn't available from 12:30 p.m. - not sure for how long - so the driver could have lunch, which is exactly the time we arrived and needed it. We ended up having to pay 20 Euros for a taxi to the hotel. We were told we could telephone the hotel for other options but our cell phone wasn't set to work in Spain. Also, we were hungry soon after we arrived and got settled in but the hotel restaurant closed at 3:00 p.m. and didn't open again until 7:30 p.m. We couldn't wait until then so had to go out to find a restaurant to eat a late lunch.

Shuttle back to airport in morning very good. They actually upgraded us to a king bed. Netflix was available on the TV and we had the password with us to allow us to use our own account without incurring a cost.

The hotel was very convenient and comfortable to stay over night. The airport shuttle worked very well and on time. Excellent choice for those who have to take a flight in Barcelona airpot early in the morning.

They gave me a disabled room but only one night so all good.

Near the airport for one night stay and the free shuttle from T2/3 was good. Big breakfast was included. Room was large and AC great although didn’t need it as could leave window open. Dinner was being served late if you needed it.

Waiting for shuttle at airport is a bit of a lottery - not a poor experience, just something to take into account on journey.

My husband’s only complaint was that he only had one night in the extremely comfortable bed!

This was our last night before flying out of Barcelona back to the US. Staying here was like winning a prize. We had dinner in the bar area, which was modern and elegant seating. The food was delicious and our server was very attentive. Next, we decided to check out the rooftop bar since it was so close to sunset. It was a great view that we all enjoyed. When we went to our rooms (4 people & two rooms) we all texted around the same time about how comfortable the beds were. Personally, I described them as delicious. The next morning we took advantage of the free airport shuttle. This was an unexpected incredible hotel stay for us. I’ve never been to a Salles property before but will be looking for them in the future.

The area appears to be industrial, and a bit worn. The cost was a bit much for a standard room.

The shuttle to the airport was great - prompt and the driver was friendly and professional. The room was bland. No decor to speak of; however, it was clean and quiet.

The hotel was clean & efficient but I think it is a bit pricey considering most people only stay one night as it is near to the airport!

The hotel is perfectly located for an overnight stay near to the airport. There are bars & restaurants around & the shuttle bus was very efficient.
