A small detail, I booked the room, it was in my name alone, for me alone. Later, a friend decided to leave our trip at the same time as I, so I invited her to stay in my room. She caught an earlier flight to the hotel and arrived 3 hours earlier than me. She checked in with no problems even tho the room was in my name alone. When I arrived later, the front desk kinda put me thru the “security” check…even called my friend in the room and asked if I was supposed to be there. I asked her “why,” she said for security purposes. The clerk turned the screen around and had my friend’s name that she had entered upon her checkin, and my name was no where to be seen. I made my displeasure known, told her I had booked the room for me alone, initially, and asked why was she checking with my friend to see if I was “OK?” She apologized as she knew I was irritated.

I took the free airport shuttle from and back to the airport the next morning.

Very convenient to the airport with free shuttle. Very comfortable room.. excellent restaurant, good snack bar facilities. on the edge of a residential district with a surprising number of restaurants, bars, and coffee shops. A perfect location for a short term layover when flying into Barcelona.

Check in took forever but staff were pleasant enough. Location is right near the airport which is convenient but not close to anything else, we stayed here one night to make our commute to the airport early in the morning easier.

Good clean rooms, pleasant bathroom. Nice restaurant downstairs. They have a free airport shuttle service which was extremely handy with a roomy bus not too squished.

We used the free airport shuttle to the hotel and found the room was ready at 10am which was great. Really friendly staff. The room was very comfortable and spacious and was very quiet. Dinner was included in our price and was exceptional with great waiting staff. We walked about 30 metres to the bus stop and got the bus into the city and later back again which worked really well. Booked the shuttle back to the airport the following morning and thought what a great start to the holiday and would stay here again.

Whole & Semi skimmed milk at breakfast. Although they supplied ‘leche’ their own milk, not the same.

Room was excellent, comfortable & suited my needs. The Shuttle was a disaster for me as arriving 9pm evening in the dark & when I finally was informed where the shuttle was, a long way from the Airport exit, it took a good forty five minutes before I gave up !! Had to get a taxi which cost 30 Euros as nighttime rates !!! Not happy.

We were very disturbed and could not sleep. due to the fact that they were two persons I could not tell if they were next to us or up but I could hear a noise as if they were hitting each other and arguing all night long. I am surprise that no one stops them.
