If they give hotel shuttle timetables & the bus stop locations at terminal 1 and 2 to guests, it will be very helpful, I think.

The location is convenient to go to airport, and staffs are very friendly & kind. Bed & room condition is excellent. I got Nothing to complain about this hotel.

I thought it was very expensive for just a room while we had three rooms. It didn't even come with a bottle of water and €16 for a buffet breakfast was a little expensive. The fact it was in an industrial area also a little surprising for the rate they were charging.

It was very convenient to the airport with a free shuttle. The beds were comfortable and the rooms were very clean and one person on the staff that I dealt with her name was Maria was exceptionally nice, but she wasn't there when we arrived.

The restaurant was closed between 3:30 and 7:30 PM which was unfortunate, especially because of the location and lack of other choices to eat. Also, the shuttle for pick up was located very far ( opposite side of parking lot) wich made hard to walk with luggage!

Location was great. The shuttle service was good. The food at the bar area and the restaurant was great. The room was like an American hotel with all the amenities. Not that we need that on vacation ...but it will describe it best to give everybody an idea of the room. Spacious, clean and convenient. Worth the money.

Not property but the airport shuttle from the airport. The directions provided need to be better. I was unable to locate the shuttle location and ended up getting an alternative method of transport to the hotel.

Clean and modern. Dining and bar on site. Rooftop bar was also a great surprise! Easy walk to neighborhood eateries and shops. Good location to spend a gap night while waiting for your flight home.

Nice hotel for the airport it’s in a real neighborhood so you can go out walk around have tapas. The snack bar with tapas at hotel was fine as was the roof deck Rooms were very nice staff helpful with good English the shuttle was reliable

I called a few times from the airport because it is very difficult to find car park G for the shuttle. Someone answered the phone and said they were too busy to help me. I was stressed, a lot of delays and cancellations and this experience was really unhelpful after having had a day of unhelpful experiences.

The man on reception was kind and friendly after a very very long day of delays and cancellations. Honestly it is not to be underestimated how much this kindness was felt.
