very basic but for the price we paid it wasn’t an issue, Going to another hotel for keys was a bit hard work.

Only 2 towels given for 5 days and the staff at the apartment couldn't help with more towels as they said we had to go to the hotel about 15 mins walk away to sort anything like that as our room wasn't one of hers it was a private room so had to go there and same to drop keys off in the morning we left. Last time we stayed here it was all dealt with by the lady in the apartment reception which was much more convenient.

Loved the location I don't like to be in the thick of all the night life and this was 10 mins walk from it all so perfect for us with English restaurant over the road and the rock and roll house we loved the location. Room was clean and had all that we could need ie washing machine, iron and ironing board, kettle toaster ect.

Couldn’t really fault the property however little things such as not making you pay for a remote would be a better customer service. We don’t watch much tv just the odd 5 mins here and there so cannot justify paying for it, also just providing a couple of basic cleaning essentials such as washing up liquid and cloth would be handy, i know it is self catering but most apartments i have stayed leave basic cleaning things such as that.

We stayed block 3 quite a good location just 5/10 min walk to strip, couple bars near by 12th man to left and Fitzys geordie bar couple min to right. Handy having indoor pool for winter months.

Situated in a good place, complex is very nice with a good in door swimming pool.

The apartment was tired and needed redecorating. The toilet cistern was patched up and could of leaked at any time, the both room ceiling needs painting the door upright( door jam) was rotten and need of replacement

Dirty, hairs and pubic hairs all over the floors, bathroom etc., stains on the mattress cover on the pull out bed. Not enough bedding for 4 people so we had to make do with one cover or a sheet each. Luckily it was still warm enough We were not told there was no loo roll, no bleach, disinfectant so we went out and bought stuff. Not sure how hygenic the whole place was. Was anything disinfected before we got there or should we have cleaned it before using? We had to go to the estate agents t collect our keys. That's OK if you know where you are going. They should be in the grounds of the apartments.

View of the sea between other apartment blocks, washing machine and microwave . Tea towels were a bonus. Someone had left an iron. Not sure if that was left by other people or purposely there. Lovely swimming pools and very clean, well tended grounds. Very secure. The lifts were spotless and smelled of lemon

I wasn’t pleased at the man who we collected our keys from in fincas, it closes at 2pm for lunch which we made it before 2pm. He was abit rude and abrupt my sister had the passports and he told me to “hurry up we close at 2pm” when I went outside to get them.

The apartment was on the bottom of Benidorm which is great you don’t have to walk many hills. Supermarket next door. Pool was very nice but busy as expected. You’ve to pay €3.00 for sun loungers. Facilities wore brilliant washing machine and clothes horse. Also have to pay extra for A.C would recommend and come again.

Apartment was in need of an update. It was very “tired “. The curtains were filfy, had holes in them and did not hang properly. The beds were uncomfortable and very flimsey. No aircon which made it uncomfortable to sleep. The bathroom truly needs attention. Didn’t agree with having to pay extra for renting a tv and having to pay 3€ to rent a sun bed beside the pool each day. Felt with the state of the apartment it was not good value for money.
