chair/bed settee in sitting room -uncomfortable. ok for short period - but day spent indoors due to poor weather - meant uncomfortable day. no hairdryer provided. €15.00 to hire remote for tv - tv doesn’t work with out it - only 4 English channels -ok -but lost signal when rained - only time we would watch was when raining

great location 22nd floor good views decent size apartment - comfortable beds -2 singles. -apartment blocks clean -secure and well looked after.

Air con for heating worked for 1 day in the 7. Was freezing. . Didn't like 15 euros for the tv. Not many English channels. Shame as because of the bad weather I was in the apartment for long periods.

High floor ,asked for low floor and got floor 20 , Bathroom Could gave been cleaner ,sink was cracked which we reported and a rim of dirt underneath the sink . Coffee machine not working Good location

The apartment requires a couple of things improved 1. The couch was uncomfortable to sit on 2. Needs a kettle 3. Would be better if WIFI was available even if it was at an extra cost as UK TV was limited

Going to pick the keys up half a mile away in the middle of the night and then take them back at 10 in the morning to be told we did not have to take them back there bit of a disaster really

Had to go and collect keys not a reception. It was on the beach nobody's to aske directions .the stall in the office was so rude ended up so upset .no 2nd key for 4 guests everything I went was closed terrible experience

it was very warm and had no aircon you can buy it from the fincas office if you book direct but wouldnt allow us as we booked through booking.com

pools were fab but 3 euro per sunbed per day adds up when theres a few of you

- Rooms are outdated and sofa bed not fit to sleep on, this included a rotting bathroom door. - while advertised €10 euro to rent remote for TV and no WiFi, in this day of age and the amount paid total profiteering. - not enough utensils to support 4 people. 3 glasses, 2 cups and no cleaning utensils or liquids, the request to have the apartment clean for leaving means you have to buy them too. -€3 euro to rent a subbed by the pool each day. - No air con ( again advertised as not available but they have the machine on the balcony which makes for an eyesore).

Everything about it there was nothing to like the location was not as advertised the apartment was filthy with foul smelling room,with bed clothes with cigarette burns, faeces in the toilet and smeared on the floor in the bathroom so as I said nothing to like.

Nothing , it was advertised as a different apartment block at a different address it was filthy . We could not stay in it and had to book other accommodation one word describes it SUBSTANDARD.

The check in staff was extremely rude and unhelpful when we were not expecting to pay a deposit. We didn’t have the cash as it was a Sunday and payday was Tuesday. I have since looked through all the information and can’t see anything about a £200 deposit for the keys. The property listing stated BREACH FRONT it was NOT. The apartments are located very near the nightlife strip which is not what we wanted and not what we expected because this was not on the listing. It is actually About 1km from Levante Beach.

The apartment and the facilities were as expected. Clean and functional.

As we came in late our keys were in a different location place was difficult to find and the person who we picked them up from had very little English. Also the sofa bed we got was extremely uncomfortable.

I was disappointed to receive an email from booking.com stating they were no longer awarding cashback via topcashback. This was more than made up for by the offer of a complimentary taxi ride from the airport to Gemelos 22.

The complimentary taxi from the airport to Gemolos 22 was excellent. I liked the heated indoor swimming pool, which unlike other properties was open in winter. This vacation was excellent value for money.

Picking up the keys was awful, didn't like position of Torre 3,very inconvenient as I have mobility issues,if I had known I would not have booked Torre 3.
