The young Lady , at checked out , was very unfriendly . No , how was everything or even a smile . When I picked up my stored luggage ,thank God there was a different Lady at the reception .She is like the rest of the staff , friendly and helpful 👍 ( she wears glasses ) One more thing , we feel 3,50 Euro , for a very small bottle of water is to expensive 🤔

Again, we had a perfect stay ,like always. 💕 Oscar, at the reception , gave us a warm and friendly welcome , this is what Oscar always does. 👏 Cleanliness is a priority at the Hotel In advance , I asked for a Kettle und shure enough ,they provided one for me . The room was clean and well appointed . You can't find a better location in Malaga 🤗 This is definitely our place away from home. We use the hotel every time we come to Malaga for Concerts I want to mention the Breakfast Atendant as well , like always friendly and helpful

A full-service restaurant would have been nice.

Rooms are quite big and furbished as new. Very clean, well-designed bathroom and a large comfy bed. Location at Constitution Plaza in the middle of the historic city centre is superb very close to the cathedral and many museums. Plenty of tapas bars & restaurants around and excellent recommendations from the hotel staff. Also the beach was a short walk away. Excellent rooftop bar with great views and good service and during the afternoon a quiet and comfortable place to get some work done.

Wonderful location for our visit to Málaga City on the night of the famed Three Kings parade. Very well appointed room, very comfortable with overview of Calle Larios.

The walls are very thin. The next-door guest had the tv on very loud and also had set a wake-up alarm that kept going off every 5 minutes for 2 hours in the morning. That was very annoying.

Clean, well-appointed rooms. Great location just off the main plaza. My room had a balcony overlooking the main street. Good spread for breakfast, but it was the same every morning. They could change it up every so often. Nice roof-top bar with great views and cocktails.

I actually booked the apartment instead of the hotel room. It was pretty good apartment, spacious, clean. Little kitchenette was ok, one could stay there few days comfortably. The location is superb and hotel staff is helpful and nice.

We visited at Christmas time to see the lights and visit the Christmas market, this hotel was exceptionally located for this as we had a great view of the lights from our room. Room was a very good sir ze. Rooftop bar was an added bonus. Staff at breakfast were very friendly and helpful.
