Furniture in the room - a rack instead of a wardrobe - no matter what I did, everything looked untidy opposite the bed. Having the shower in the room rather than the bathroom meant that the room steamed up every time we had a shower.

The hotel wasn't staffed for their poolside and rooftop patio services due to the "off-season". As a guest at an oceanside resort hotel, if I am staying their, it's the right "season" to staff the hotel amenities that drew me to your property.

The concierge, Luis, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and securing reservations at the hotel pool and rooftop patio.

They wouldn't have had to call me as I got to my room if I needed anything, I was just getting some rest when the phone went. Next to that, we were placed in a disabled room for no reason, which was... Interesting.

The room was nice and clean. Room service was fast, quality was okay, nothing special, not bad. Staff was amazing and really nice when arriving and checking out.

The thing that wasn’t great was that when we tried to have dinner on my wife’s birthday in the restaurant the gluten free options were very poor. The waiter said it wasn’t possible to serve a steak, potatoes and salad without gluten. For a 5 star hotel that also had GF items at breakfast this was shocking. So we had to eat elsewhere. That waiter was not very friendly either but all the other staff were very welcoming and professional. Yasmira was especially helpful at breakfast.

Rooftop bar only open on weekends in April. Disappointed as this was not explained to us. Breakfast was very expensive for a few eggs and croissants!

Lovely modern boutique vibe hotel with nice rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is at the far end of Sitges - so a quiet area but a good walk into town for restaurants and shops.

The room rates are very high and imply that it is more luxurious than it is in reality.

The room was beautifully furnished and clean. Marvellous view. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet, well presented and fresh. The only downside was the unheated swimming pool, which during our stay in April was very cold indeed.

Why on earth do you charge for day 2 coffee pods? You charged us the same rate for the room and yet wanted 3 euros for a coffee pod!!!

It’s a long walk from the main town and off season so not many taxis around, disappointed that we didnt get to use the pool as it’s not heated. shower lost water pressure after a couple of days.

Lovely room and staff were all super friendly and helpful - loved the welcome glass of cava! All facilities met expectations and really beautifully designed.

Service was very slow - both at the main bar in the lobby and room service. The outdoor pool wasn't heated and couldn't be used in October.

The location of the hotel at the far end of the promenade (the quieter end) and it's situation directly opposite the beach. Sea views are breath-taking.
