Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Excellent big room, very clean. Pool area is also fantastic, plenty of sun beds and umbrellas. All the staff went above and beyond to help.

United KingdomIt’s a little further from the city centre but we enjoyed the 20min seafront walk and there’s a bus that takes you straight into the centre if walking is not your thing. Was hoping to enjoy the rooftop bar but unfortunately it was only open 2 days in the week so maybe next time.

United KingdomUnfortunately there was a rowdy large group of fellow Brits around the pool. Who were inconsiderate and shouting/swearing which got worse the more they drank - typical Brits abroad! We found this embarrassing and ashamed to be British. There was lots of tutting from other guests. I don't know if the hotel staff intervened but I didn't see that happen. We didn't feel comfortable stepping in due to the size of the group. It did impact what otherwise would have been a lovely relaxing day around the pool.
A great stay, lovely breakfast. We stayed in a partial sea view room which was also lovely. If we returned we'd probably pay the extra for a full sea view as our balcony was quite overlooked. Great location and nice view. We enjoyed the 25min stroll along the promenade into town. If you're mobility isn't great you may need to consider a taxi however. The roof top bar was stunning, incredible views and cocktails and loved the DJ and chilled vibe up there. The decor of the hotel was lovely, chic and Uber cool.they also recognised our anniversary with a bottle of wine and chocolates which was a lovely touch. 😊

United KingdomFurniture in the room - a rack instead of a wardrobe - no matter what I did, everything looked untidy opposite the bed. Having the shower in the room rather than the bathroom meant that the room steamed up every time we had a shower.
Beautiful surroundings. Exceptionally clean and well organised. Staff went out of their way to be polite and helpful.

CanadaThe hotel wasn't staffed for their poolside and rooftop patio services due to the "off-season". As a guest at an oceanside resort hotel, if I am staying their, it's the right "season" to staff the hotel amenities that drew me to your property.
The concierge, Luis, was very friendly and helpful with recommendations for restaurants and securing reservations at the hotel pool and rooftop patio.

United KingdomThe thing that wasn’t great was that when we tried to have dinner on my wife’s birthday in the restaurant the gluten free options were very poor. The waiter said it wasn’t possible to serve a steak, potatoes and salad without gluten. For a 5 star hotel that also had GF items at breakfast this was shocking. So we had to eat elsewhere. That waiter was not very friendly either but all the other staff were very welcoming and professional. Yasmira was especially helpful at breakfast.

Lovely modern boutique vibe hotel with nice rooms. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Hotel is at the far end of Sitges - so a quiet area but a good walk into town for restaurants and shops.

The room was beautifully furnished and clean. Marvellous view. Service was excellent and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was a comprehensive buffet, well presented and fresh. The only downside was the unheated swimming pool, which during our stay in April was very cold indeed.
