very noisy at nite but we kept our window opened 😆 so it was to be expected but not at 3am still loud music we were not allowed drink in bar at night without having food we had to sit outside in cold stupid rule we were told to leave with our drinks in hand🤔.

Wifi doesn't work!!! Terrace it was closed because there was a private party and the customer of the hotel couldn't access this service!

Bit of noise from a nearby nightclub. Not that bad but may be annoying for some people.

Great staff and easy access to transport links to the city. Breakfast was good and loved sitting on the roof with a vino.

It was super noisy. There doesn't seem to be any soundproofing in the room and the noise from outside bars was so loud that I had trouble sleeping over the weekend.

Beautiful room with a lot of natural light. Very comfortable. They have a very cool rooftop bar.

The smell of the drains in the bathroom! And every time we left the window open we came back to find it closed.

I couldn't get a front see view but it wasn't really a put down for me. There's a roof terrace which I think would be of a better use if they would serve breakfast in there... I missed welcoming bottle of water or similar.

Great location to enjoy the beach for a couple of days. Good value for money. Bathroom (with shower) looked as it was recently refurbished so that was good to see. Comfortable bed and clean and cosy bedroom. I will come back again.

Absolutely stunning place - Beds are very comfortable, roof with sun loungers and view on the beach. Delicious breakfast and fancy drinks. Close to Las Carabelas with amazing calamari and paella de marisco.

Staff. Could be little bit polite and welcoming. When we asked if there was availability of room @ higher floor we were told if you don't like the room you can leave with full payment- which we thought was rude and unnecessary!

The restaurant had live entertainment at night till 1pm which we could hear clearly from our room. So not for a relaxing break!

The bathroom is not well designed. It was flooding by taking an ordinary shower. Also, I didn't like the transparent door to the bathroom. It was impossible to keep out the light from the streets at night due to this door.

Staff were a little pressed at breakfast one day but this was only due to absenteeism. Otherwise no complaints at all

there was a loud party around the place on our first night (lasted past midnight and people were quite loud just outside our room).

it was a perfect location if you want to be close to the beach. plenty of restaurants to dine in. hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

Room was smaller than looked in the pictures. Our room was over the cafe at the back and had extremely loud music until 12am and after. It's 2 star, so temper your expectations :)

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is superb, right on the beach. Breakfasts are inexpensive, delicious and substantial. Roof terrace is just lovely.

I found it strange that you are given a kettle and 2 water glasses in the room but no tea or coffee cups.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Very efficient hotel that is well located. Terrazzo on top floor is very relaxing with a great sea view.
