Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThere is nothing wrong with the property. The problem I found involved getting enough supplies of coffee pods for the machine in the room. It seems that one is rationed to two pods a day, one decaffeinated and one normal and only one little sachet of milk.This surprised me as it is a 5 Star hotel and I was staying in a double room.It is difficult to know where to request more as there is no hospitality department in the hotel and room service will only bring ready made coffee. I was fortunate to discover that I could obtain milk from the bar and the bartender did manage to arrange for a few coffee pods to be delivered to my room..
The situation is perfect, the Airport Bus stops outside ,all the major interesting sites are easy to walk to. The gym was handy.

United StatesThe bar is okay but pretty ordinary looking. The main salon is beautiful but always empty. It should serve coffee and be the hub of activities but it is not used at all.
The hotel is well maintained and historical. It is a very beautiful building that is worth its 5 star rating. While there is nothing wrong with the serivice it certainly is not as complete as a typical 5 star property. For example, there is no concierge desk. I think the level of staff and service is more consistent with a 3 star property.

Ideally placed, in easy walking distance for the old city & The Guggenheim. Comfortable, old world style hotel with friendly, informative staff. Excellent pre booked underground car parking with the added bonus (for us) of two Tesla EV charge points.

Concierge on duty was very helpful and took time to assist us personally. Bar staff were very friendly. Room was very modern.

Room was excellent. We did not eat in the hotel as dinner did not start until 20.30hrs which we thought was late but maybe this is normal. In the Bar / Grill we enjoyed drinks with nuts, crisps, olives provided, which was a nice touch but bar food was limited. Bar staff were very friendly and professional.
